I ordered the you pick two. I guess I should have ordered the bowl because they did me dirty on the soup. The cup isn’t even filled per the picture below. I don’t care for this location and this is why I don’t come here. But I needed soup. Also the menu has overall changed from the original. I hope everything at least tastes good. So disappointing the value does not match the price.
Update: I just tasted everything and the noodles in the soup are a bit tough. Wait the carrots have a crunch too in the soup. They’re supposed to be tender. Which has never happened before. I’ve been visiting Panera for over a decade in different cities and have never experienced this. The overall flavor of the chicken noodle soup seems to have changed and not for the better. The sandwich had load a of BBQ sauce more than chicken. It’s also just

I find that the pictures of your items that you advertise and what I find on my sandwich is not exactly what it looks like on the sandwich. It’s lacking definitely a lot of product and when you mention it to the employees, they looked at you like you’re crazy so check your items before you leave the store to be sure you have the right product And be sure you have the product on the sandwich that you ordered because it’s a third of what the product of the picture that you ordered believe me every time I go there it’s the same thing you go to other Panera’s and you get what you order. It’s the one in Belleville. You don’t get all the product that you ordered. they’re skipping on all the product and the sandwiches that you’re putting on your sandwiches that includes tomatoes and the meat and the bacon or whatever items you’re getting on your sandwiches. Make sure you check it before you leave the store.

Today I ordered soup and a salad. Soup was cold. The thing that I just could not wrap my mind around is them throwing the bread in the bag naked when they could have easily put it in the sourdough bag. The soup was small and not very good and had no flavor. I had to add chicken bouillon and there are inedible parts of chicken in the soup and islt lacks noodles. The bread bowl was hard as rock. The caesar dressing is not caesar or ranch. It’s not good.

Been to one Panera been to them all, one would think BUT they would be wrong. This is my fav Panera location. Excellent customer service. Helpful friendly staff. The manager Marcus is also helpful and friendly. All staff offers customer service with a smile. The store is often busy but with such good and speedy service you wouldn’t think so. The store is clean and neat with plenty of seating. Many soup, salad and sandwich options; healthy options. The ingredients used for salads and soups are fresh and they do not skimp on the ingredients. Good prices and good portions. Food tasty great.

I order SouthWest Chicken salad online. Requested no tomatoes, extra corn, onions. I pick up the salad, arrived home. The salad had tomatoes, no extra corn or onions. No avocado and maybe two piece of chickens. I’m allergic to tomatoes. Very upset the salad was poorly made. I was not able to return since I leave 15 minutes from the place. Very upset and disappointed. $12 wasted since I was not able to eat the salad since it had tomatoes.

I really like Panera, but this particular location can be a hit or miss. Some days, the inside of the restaurant can have a weird odor, or the service might not be the absolute best. These occurrences are rare enough, and don’t take too much away from the overall experience- especially if you’re just getting your food to go or picking up.

This happened to me twice. At 10914 Baltimore Ave, Beltsville, MD 20705 this morning 8/23/2025 I was specifically mentioning what I don’t want on my pick-up order (because of health reasons ) while placing my order with the lady on the register and found out she haven’t indicate that on the order and they fixed my food in the way that I can’t eat it. There was No line and no pressure but she still got my order wrong .
