Did not feel like cooking dinner and the reviews for this Panera were good. WRONG! I ordered a smokey Buffalo chicken melt and I must say this was the worst sandwich I have ever had. After two disgusting bites it went right in the trash. You would have thought a 5 year old had made it. It had hardly any chicken and the cheese tasted horrible. I ordered a bowl of French onion soup with croutons but had no croutons and the cheese was barely there. Taste was fine if you like a bowl of beef bouillon. I ordered a Cinnamon bagel which was okay but would have been better if they had included the onion and cream cheese I ordered with it. One thing that actually was decent, and probably because I was very hungry was the chocolate chip cookie. I can honestly say I will NEVER visit this Panera again. Total waste of money. Now I get to make dinner which I should have done to begin with.

Came here for dinner by chance close to closing time for my two toddlers boys. Amazing staff that were very friendly and understanding. Cashier was even willing to let me use their microwave to heat up my home cooked food and I did order food for my boys as well. They really enjoyed their food and we will be coming back soon!

On our visit to the tailor in Herndon, we felt like some hot soup given the cold day so stopped by Panera which was hopping both inside as well as pick-up. Our special is always the chicken and rice which comes with bread. It was delicious and we picked up an oatmeal cookie for later. Packed but line moved fast and our food came quickly.

Only popped in for a drink to go, but have always had delicious and fresh food here. Btw, if you love bagels, try their Tuesday Bakers Dozen special. Not only are the bagels huge, but they are always fresh and Panera will slice them free for you.

I have been coming here as a regular customer. I have no idea but their Wi-Fi has been down repeatedly each time I stop by. I am rating this place a one star because of that. There are lots of college/university and even younger people who meet with their tutor at this location and most of the time people will purchase something and begin using the Wi-Fi.
