We always loved the bagels and the breakfast sandwiches at Panera. If you are planning to get breakfast here, I would recommended placing either curbside or the pickup order. I walked in and placed the order and waited over 20 minutes for the pickup. No concerns with the food.

Good mobile office space, but subpar bathroom cleanliness. Otherwise- the food is as expected for a Panera, and it’s hospitable to those camping out with laptops to get work done. Service is always pleasant and surprisingly fast considering how busy it gets.

We ordered pickup. When we got there someone else had taken our food. We were three minutes after our time which someone had the audacity to point out to us. It was as if it was our fault someone else had stolen our food. Then after a long wait for them to remake our food, the tortilla chips that come with our soup were not in the bag. We frequent this Panera Bread in my family but I doubt we’ll be back. We did nothing wrong and the attitude of the staff makes us not want to return.

I had ordered a pizza with no garlic cream sauce and sub it with tomato sauce but didn’t see any tomato sauce when checking, I spoke to the employee; probably a manager b/c he was wearing a collared shirt and when I had showed him, he looked at it and said “there is but it’s all in the middle” so I believed him but when I went home to eat it you can taste there wasn’t at all. I also had ordered a turkey sandwich with mayonnaise added to it and they didn’t put any as you can see in the photo

So I usually come to this panera, since it’s close to my place and have a subscription to the monthly coffee. Now this not the first time the messed up my breakfast order. Order 2 items that was completely off and charged for it as well. So in the end will stop coming here period sadly, not sure what changed in the last month bad service now.

When we got there we couldn’t find out online order and so the staff thought it was stolen. They remade the entire order and gave us free cookies as an apology for the wait. Afterwards they found the original order and just gave us the remade one for free.
