Ordered delivery twice and both times the bag comes partially opened. The food didn’t look tampered with. However, I’m wondering why wouldn’t they secure the bag properly. Anyone could fit their hand down inside the bag without braking the seal. When I pick up from in the store, the bag is folded down. Why not do the same for to go orders.

Food tastes great but suffering from the usual problems of portions getting smaller and prices getting higher at the same time, one can be other please. Also service is so so. Cooks working very hard while waitstaff are relaxing. On the last visit I ordered a sandwich, the response was, breakfast is over. No where could l see what time. There was no thank you or have a nice day. Overall disappointing.

manager was very immature, did not take anything serious. that machine will take your money, and the manager will not do anything or do anything to change the situation or prevent it from happening again. those tap things do not work, they will charge your card and the machine will act like it’s processing till it says error and your money is gone.

Never again. It only takes that one bad experience to lose a customer. Ordered online for the 10 minute quick pick up and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes at the store. Only get 30 minutes for lunch. Don’t advertise for 10 minute pick up if you can’t do it. Then you get the typical disingenuous “sorry for the wait”. Sure you are! Lol!

I usually order on their app and 50% of the time, something is missing. Their drinks never come with a secure lid that makes you secure that the delivery person hasn’t tampered with it. I gave up and stopped ordering.
