The sausage on the breakfast sandwich was super cold. Most of the food was warm and burnt at the same time. The flatbread pizzas are definitely a hit though. Will go back for those. And the frozen coffee is amazing and I dont even like coffee but this was a hit. The mac n cheese was watery and didnt taste like anything. Noodles were super overcooked and soggy. I dont think this place is worth the price. The food is just ok

I love Panera bread, so far I am never disappointed with the food here. Order is always ready on time, perfectly packed and they have got amazing dessert/bakery items which is delicious, perfectly sweet and soft. The best part of deserts here are they are never too sweet nor too much icing, It is just the perfect amount.

Normally we get fresh sides. Unusual for Panera to have food that has expired shelf life. We noticed it based on the taste and flipped it over to check. No manager was available in the store. I was able to get a freshly made side which tasted very fresh.

I got the citrus Asian chicken salad. The salad and dressing good but there was only one small chicken strip and three small cubes of chicken on the entire salad. Not enough chicken for the price.

This particular Panera bread is located on Concord Pike near naamans road. It is one of my favorite paneras. The service was good. The soup was great! I believe I had tomato bisque. The food was ordered to go. They did a great job packaging The two light meals and added their wonderful bread.

I came in to pick up a latte order for my coworker so I decided to place a latte order for myself while I was there. I waited just a tiny bit longer than average, not a big deal, I’m a very patience person and didn’t have anywhere I really needed to be. The guy who took my order noticed I was still waiting for my latte and basically offered me a free pastry for waiting. Completely unnecessary but I won’t say no to a free cookie! Very nice staff, I highly recommend.

As a DoorDash driver, connecting tens of restaurants to hundreds of customers, it is gut wrenching feeling to be openly accused of the act of stealing in front of the unassuming public.
