The girl who ended up checking us out had an ear pod in her ear. The sweet girl who was in the register had to ask for her help 4 times before she heard her. When she finally came to the register to take our order she never gave us our cups for drinks we had to reach and get them our selves. She never gave us a beeper so we didn’t know our food was waiting for us. There were 3 of us, we ordered 3 sandwiches but only got 2 plates??? We had to share plates. Below are pictures of the minuscule amount of egg on our sandwiches.

Baseball life on the road! Two games and a long drive back to Jersey meant a good start was essential . Always a fan fav of Panera it was an easy decision for breakfast. Our breakfast was pretty and pretty delicious.

Panera has always been a favorite but this visit was definitely disappointing. I ordered a large broccoli Mac and cheese, mango lemonade, and the bear claw. After ordering at the counter, I was able to find a booth easily and the table was clean. After setting in, I got my food in just about fifteen minutes.

If you want to spend a whole lot and get a whole lot of nothing then go here. Every time I go there is an issue. I order salad and never get all the toppings. order drinks and never get what I requested. Are the folks working here okay? I am not doing this anymore. love your food and it’s easy to order right from work BUT.. the last few times I’ve ordered, I feel like there is nothing on my sandwich. Napa Chicken salad sandwich on Tomato Basil bread for $10.61 (with tax,… $15 total with the delivery fee) and it looks like not even a tablespoon of chicken salad on the sandwich. kind of disappointing considering I have more Pickle than I do chicken salad. At least the order was right this time 🙂

I placed an order to be delivered. Received email with estimated time of arrival….arrived an hour later than that. The salad I ordered came complete with brown lettuce and was on the small side considering the price. Won’t be back.

Worst Panera I’ve ever been to, consistently and on more than one occasion. Apparently “To Go” order means “Throw random stuff in the bag because we won’t have to correct the order”. I just ordered a corn chowder bread bowl and a tomato soup and grilled cheese. I got a grilled cheese, 2 cups of broccoli cheddar soup, and no bread bowl. I’m bewildered at the poor service. No effort was made to ask me if I was okay with replacements, assuming they ran out of ingredients. The total value of what I received is far less than what I paid for. I called the store at 8:02, which is when I got home, to speak to a manager, and the phone rang for 3 minutes and then stopped ringing. I have my qualms with their hours being altered, but I understand that with labor issues right now, it is what it is. However, I know that there are employees there at 8:02, as I’ve been turned away multiple times around that time. The receipt says “Order checked by [nobody]. Accuracy matters. If your order is not right, please let a manager know.” Please prove that accuracy matters, and also pick up your phone.

My Experience at Panera Bread was a little bit different this time around with the fact that there were a lot more people than normal dinning out which is a good thing, other than that, the Service was Excellent once I figured out how to navigate the kiosk ordering screen, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the manager was on top of things ! And The Sandwich Rocked

Horrible. Been going here for many years and the past 2 have been shotty at best (Orders wrong, quality of food way down, etc) Ordered takeout French Onion Soup today at $7.19. Received a container just over half full, no cheese, no croutons, and no spoon. Called and received money back, but was not offered a replacement. Woman just wanted to get rid of me. Absolute disgrace on so many levels. Take some pride in your work. There is only so much you can blame on the pandemic. I mean how hard is it to make, excuse me ladle the right amount of soup in a cup and put in cheese and croutons?

The cashier was extremely rude. I ordered ahead and saw something was circled on my bag and said “see front”. I went to the front and he got an attitude with me when he asked what bagel I wasn’t to replace it. Then it took them 20 minutes to make me a different bagel. Ridiculous.
