Picked up my order and this is how the bread was placed in the bag. I don’t know but this does not look appealing at all. I get it, y’all in a rush but you should have your bread put in a bag order something. Instead of trying to cut cost. Last time I will be coming into this Panera bread location. Hopefully not all your locations do this bs… i paid $30, like come on…

One of the nicer designed Paneras.
There was plenty of seating available.
There wasn’t anyone at the register and I saw to my left that they had 3 kiosks to input orders.
The process was simple enough.
The sandwiches were tasty enough, although they got my order wrong, but I didn’t want to make a fuss about it, but hopefully if they see this, they have a better system to ensure accuracy in their order system.

My friend and I meet there every other month, for lunch. Today I got a Cesar salad, the lettuce was brown. It wasn’t very good. My friend got a sandwich which she enjoyed. This is the first time I didn’t enjoy my lunch.

The restaurant is very clean and spaced out. Pick up orders are all the way in the back. Staff was friendly and the food came out hot and was ready for pick up at our scheduled time. There is parking right in the front and overall, it was a good place for a quick lunch with some delicious food. I had the flatbread, the strawberry lemonade drink, and a vanilla cinnamon roll to top it off.

I ordered the chipotle chicken with egg and avocado. I asked for no egg. I received the most sad sandwich the girl never even put the avocado I had to ask for it, they give avocado in a container and it is so hard, not even adible. This is my first time to a Panera and definitely the last.

Food , desserts and soups are especially good! Try their broccoli cheddar soup yum! And delicious desserts especially the decadent chocolate brownies! Not as much selection for coffee though as I would like so I go to Wawa for my caramel doubleshot espresso machiato or frappacino they should add that. Good for breakfast lunch or a quick bite.

ordered a few items for delivery as a weekend treat, one being 1/2 dozen bagels for my family. the manager promptly called me and informed me the bagels i requested were out of stock and offered me other options.
although i opted for a refund instead – having the manager call and be apologetic/offer other options was huge, he was so polite and accommodating and they even gave me an extra cookie for free.
I really applaud the manager at this location, it’s so difficult to find great customer service and someone who actually cares about what they do. unfortunately, it is a saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend, so i totally get it and it’s understandable they were out of the bagels! keep up the great work.

Ordered the food out. The broccoli cheddar / Mac /soup was pretty good. The avocado sandwich was pretty good as well but the way they wrapped was just a mess. Would be great if they paid more attention to that..
