My son and i each had 1/2 salad and cup of soup. The soup we had was rustic potatoe-good flavor, could have been a little thicker for my taste. I had the southwest salad and it was 100% perfect. Crisp lettuce and delicious. My son had chicken Cesar salad and ate every bite.

It’s been a while since I’ve been in here. There are kiosks to place your order, if you want to skip the line. They were pretty easy to use but there were no pagers left at the kiosks so I wasn’t totally sure how to use it until another customer showed me and grabbed some pagers by the register. Other than that, 5 stars! Food was delicious like usual!

We ordered take out – to our fault we trusted Panera and them putting everything in the bag. They did not. We got home and realized they didn’t give us our baguettes. They used to check the list on the receipt but I guess they no longer do.

If you want to pay 5$ for 3 spoonfuls of mac n cheese this is the place to go. tastes reminiscent of section 8. billion dollar corporation ran by teenagers tho, they did their jobs well. they could have put a little more filling in my sammy but i wouldn’t be surprised if it comes out of their paychecks. i recommend going to the taco bell just up the street. p.s found a pack of nicorette gum on the floor. that guy was probably so disappointed in the food he went and picked up a pack of newports.

The facility looks very clean and new. It is airy with many windows and natural light. Orders can be placed by kiosk or at the counter. Displays are appealing but the area behind was cluttered and messy. Our cashier was distracted and had a hard time translating requests into orders. We got the correct food and it was delicious. But it was a confusing process.

I have been a loyal Panera bread customer for years , but what I have seen lately is disappointing, the manager Cassidy I believe her name is , is a disgusting manager I watch her talk down to her employees I watch her talk down on customers she’s obviously not a very happy person. But that doesn’t make it okay to treat others so rudely corporate needs to handle this because it’s ruining the Panera bread image. I’ve seen it multiple times and each time disgusts me even more. First Panera Bread I’ve been to where I went “meh”. Compared to other Panera Bread’s I’ve been to, this place was a little run down and dirty.
I wasn’t acknowledged by any of the employees. Food came out in a reasonable time. My chicken teriyaki bowl came out hot but my Thai chicken soup came out luke warm.

Forgot our spoon for the soup with a wait time of 5-10 minutes with nobody else in line, just for the soup to taste horrible and have the carrots uncooked, crunchy potatos. $22 worth of food for a full sandwich and soup just for it to suck.
