I’d give this location a zero if I could. The place smelled really bad, and there was garbage under every table and in the walkways. There were no napkins in the holders. The bathrooms which both my mom and I went into were disgusting.

My fiance ordered breakfast online Saturday July 29th 2023 9. When he picked it up he heard one of the workers complaining to other workers about they just opened and that there isn’t bacon. Instead of telling my fiance they dont have any she placed very small broken bacon and made the egg sandwich sloppy.

Unreal. All of these Paneras are getting insanely expensive and the quality, quantity and service keeps going down. Dined in and they were out of bread, croutons and several drinks. And this was at 6:30pm!! Then to top it off they gave me Plastic utensils for my soup and salad! Ummm…NO! I want REAL silverware for dine in. After asking and getting an attitude they finally went in back and found me some. Tables were dirty also. Completely disappointed. No wonder people are choosing other places to dine instead of Panera. They’ve gone way downhill.

Not sure what’s going on here but today I came in as I do every morning, and there’s only 2 people here who don’t know what they’re even doing. Dirty rugs flipped upside down in front of tables, the smell of rotting food makes us so nauseous we have to eat outside. Not to mention the army of flies that land in your food due to how unclean this place is. Also yesterday when I ordered my food, some snotty girl with brown/black hair tried to tell me that I was the one who was wrong because she refused to put the spinach AND extra steak on my sandwich, which I ordered yesterday and still have the receipt for. I want my money back and I want to know who opened at this location today 8/5/23 because they clearly need more training or they just don’t even care enough.

My 89 year old mother loves the souffle’s so I Stopped in to pick one up for her. The place is obviously understaffed and the limited staff basically ignored me For about ten minutes before finally serving me.

Nice panera location! Service is friendly and attentive! Their food quality is just as good as other Panera locations. During lunch hours they are definitely packed but that says alot about their quality. The place was clean throughout. My only complaint would be that their lemonade dispensers were a little sticky on the exterior and could use some freshening up due to the amount of business they had.

The Asian chicken salad was awful. Soup was lukewarm. I mean, if you’re looking for standardized food processed in a far away factory, I would say it’s consistent with that. Over priced for what it is. Their bread is good though, I’ll give them that.

I went to buy bread, and I was so grossed out of what I saw they had the bread out where the workers can breathe all over it when the bread should be inside a bag, you can’t leave it out It will get hard then against the wall they had a metal shells filled with bread collecting dust I have been to all the Panera stores and they take better care of the bread. I’m not buying there in fact, when I saw that I left.
