This experience made me hate Panera Bread, and I will never return to any Panera ever. My order was a toasted chicken frontega sandwich and cream of chicken wild rice soup. At first I opened the soup, and it was not creamy. It was super watery. I have 3 stars for customer service because they at least replaced my soup with chicken noodle. This was also watery, but it’s okay. The sandwich was completely cold, including the chicken. How is a toasted sandwich completely cold? I think because I did a takeout order, the quality was much lower. It sure tells you the integrity of a franchise when you order takeout and eat inside. Who do they prioritize? Not the customer, and that is why I will never return. 1 star!

I just moved to Lehigh Valley. I moved here to be close to my daughter who just gave birth to my new grandchild on Dec. 30th. I was heading to see my daughter and wanted to bring some breakfast to her. So I decided to come to this location on Airport Road in Allentown, PA. This was my first time, EVER, in Panera(and I mean, anywhere). I was in there at 10:10 a.m. The girl at the counter took my order and then said, “hold on”. She walked over to the manager and as they were talking, I could see and hear part of the conversation (because it wasn’t far from me) the manager tell the girl “no” and shake her head. The girl comes back to me and said they weren’t serving breakfast food anymore as it was too late. So I asked what time they stop serving breakfast, and she said, “10:30”. At this point, it was only 10:21, and I said, “but it’s not even 10:30, yet?!”. I looked over at the manager and she was rude, arrogant and smug about saying “no”.
All I said was “Wow!” and I walked out.
It was an egg and cheese on a croissant, NOT a 10-course meal!!! Now I know why I’ve never been in a Panera before, and I certainly won’t ever waste my money on this place, EVER, in the future.
Horrible manager! Horrible decisioning, Horrible experience!! Get your act together people! That manager needs to be fired!

Nik and Matt turned a regular Panera trip into a five-star comedy show and dining experience rolled into one. They handled our order like pros, cracked jokes that made the soup taste even better, and somehow made a sandwich feel like VIP service. Honestly, they might have ruined all other customer service experiences for us because nothing will compare now. Give these guys a raise before they start their own restaurant chain and Panera loses its best duo.

Horribly managed store. Did rapid pick up. Showed it was ready. Went in to get iced coffee with extra espresso shot and Madagascar vanilla. Order was nowhere to be found. Was handed an empty cup and told make it myself. Asked for manager to find out how I would Do add ons and he wanted to get an attitude. Then he said I’d have to wait 5 minutes if I wanted coffee as it was brewing. I asked why it said ready. He said we clear the orders so we get our times. Will never return ti this location. Brewed ice coffee tasted like dirt!!!!

Stopped for a quick bite to eat. Had the bacon & egg souffle and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll wasn’t even a little warm and it tasted like it was 3 days old. Every Panera I stop at gets worse. Another restaurant chain on the way out the door. Panera used to be a decent place to grab a not so cheap, but good quick meal. Now it’s just overpriced mediocre food.

I’d give this location a zero if I could. The place smelled really bad, and there was garbage under every table and in the walkways. There were no napkins in the holders. The bathrooms which both my mom and I went into were disgusting.
I ordered a turkey, cheese, bacon, and avocado sandwich. There was hardly any turkey at all. $15 for bread. What a ripoff! It seems like a common issue at this l ocation judging by other comments.
I won’t be returning to this location.

I usually don’t write reviews but this service and experience was worth it. The assistant general manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. This was my first time having Panera bread and she helped me order by providing great suggestions. It was clean, food was fresh, and the staff was very friendly.

My fiance ordered breakfast online Saturday July 29th 2023 9. When he picked it up he heard one of the workers complaining to other workers about they just opened and that there isn’t bacon. Instead of telling my fiance they dont have any she placed very small broken bacon and made the egg sandwich sloppy.
The bagels were burnt and hard as rocks. Smfh….

I received an overpriced sandwich. First time at Panera. I asked for a whole sandwich, was disappointed by the size only to realize after I’ve bitten into it that they got my order wrong. I had to wait longer from another order that they got wrong.
