Can’t rate the service because I placed my own order. The food has lost some of it’s quality… I got a you pick two with a Caesar salad and mac and cheese. The salad barely had dressing and the mac and cheese was so small it didn’t even fill out the bottom of the bowl – look at the pic. Disappointed considering it seems like sizes are getting smaller but prices have stayed the same / gone up.

I really dislike coming here. If my wife has a gift card or someone else chooses this place that’s about the only time I will. First off, the kiosk thing to order is absolutely frustrating. Second, the food is way overpriced. Take a look at the meat in my sandwich!!! Don’t give me that it’s due to inflation. Even before they were skimping and now it’s worse. Third, the bread was very hard and tasted stale. The only thing I like here is the soups. I will give them that but even there it’s definitely overpriced from other places. Overall, a nice place to have a meeting but I will just get free water and eat later somewhere else. They won’t get my money.

Recipes have changed..instead of dough a lot is the crossiant flaky dough. Example they years ago had the best cinnamon buns from dough. Now they are like the phylo dough in freezer section, so are danishes. Now I only get salad or bread.

The prices have gotten outrageous and the food quality has gone way down! The staff were very nice, but I will not be going to Panera anymore because of the aforementioned. I can sit down in a decent restaurant and get better quality food for the same or less money.

just got out of surgery at st lukes and my boyfriend took me here to get a warm meal. my soup was ice cold (i had the cheddar broccoli) and the worst part was the bathroom. the handicapped stall was locked so i had to use the normal one that didnt have the bars to pull myself up. on top of that, there was not a single piece of toilet paper on either rolls in the stall. i was completely stuck and had to call out for help for several minutes until my boyfriend came to bring me some from the mens room and help me stand up. that is absolutely disgraceful and ive never felt so vulnerable and uncomfortable using the restroom anywhere especially after literally having my organs removed hours prior. when i brought it to the attention of one of the staff members she seemed to not care and continued sweeping the damn floor. this experience brought me to tears and i just cant get over how horrible and frustrated i felt.

Most panera breads are good, this one has been frustrating mostly due to them not being staffed I guess.
Eitherway me and the several other people trying to get food here were annoyed.
If I am able to get food here at all the next few days while working in the area I might change my review but for now I’ve tried 3 times the last few days and for one reason or another haven’t been able to get anything. Disappointing

No one at the counter to take your order. The tablets to order at are clunky and slow. All the tables are dirty. Place is under staffed.

Got my sandwich wrong three times. I don’t understand how it is so hard for them to make two substitutions. Side bread was tiny. Not worth it for the price I’m paying. Will not be going back.

First let me say the 2 stars I not based on the food. I always get the spicy Thai chicken salad and it’s great! The food is Always delicious. My 2 stars are based on cleanliness. Almost every time I go there. The tables are a dirty mess. The carpets look terrible. And the employees that are re filling the drinks normally just cut in front of you. Oh yeah the last time I went I had a employee practically run into me as he was running about looking for pager number 35. Bottom line, cleanliness means a lot. Get a better system is you have a hard time with the pagers. Use a bright cone with numbers on it for a table marker. And be more polite and courteous to the customer. Oh yeah one last rant and rave while I’m on it. Why is it such a hang out. When your done eating get up and leave so there is seating for the next. Why does everyone have to do their work or homework there. . Or hang out 20/30 mins after their done eating.
