Modern location, outdoor seating was good, large interior, friendly staff. Bistro French Onion Soup was super tasty, bread was delicious. Overall great, highly recommend.

I really dislike coming here. If my wife has a gift card or someone else chooses this place that’s about the only time I will. First off, the kiosk thing to order is absolutely frustrating. Second, the food is way overpriced. Take a look at the meat in my sandwich!!! Don’t give me that it’s due to inflation. Even before they were skimping and now it’s worse. Third, the bread was very hard and tasted stale. The only thing I like here is the soups. I will give them that but even there it’s definitely overpriced from other places. Overall, a nice place to have a meeting but I will just get free water and eat later somewhere else. They won’t get my money.

This Panera location gets progressively worse each time I enter the drive through. I’ve gotten wrong orders multiple times, not to mention the long wait times (which everyone already knows about).

I went to Panera with my son to get some breakfast The sandwich they gave me was nothing like its photo The avocado on the sandwich was brown at best The sandwich was cold I had to go back up to the counter to get another one in basically they gave me another one that looked basically the same but a little hotter what a disappointment Panera quality has gone through the basement. Even the coffee was old

I sadly needed to use the restroom during my visit. I’d recommend double-checking your shoelaces aren’t dragging before entering — you’ll thank me. The tipping system nudges you towards a $1.00 tip, which doesn’t bother me in terms of the amount, but it’s the principle that counts. Over an hour, this equates to a 272% tip for an okay $11.00 salad that probably takes less than two minutes to drop on the self-pickup counter. As David Letterman might have joked, “It’s a deal at twice the price!”

Most panera breads are good, this one has been frustrating mostly due to them not being staffed I guess.

Got 2 chicken salad sandwiches and there is barely any chicken salad in the sandwiches. The bread is as thick as a brick.

Salad lettuce portion a JOKE. I’ve been a customer of panera’s for many years but to put out something like this for a $12 salad at a time in the economy where people are practically cooking the dog for dinner is absolutely beyond unacceptable. Sorry that you have to pay all your employees $15 plus an hour but that’s your problem and not mine. Lettuce is as cheap as it gets folks. When there’s barely an inch of lettuce in the bowl that’s a bit much. And this really shows up in chicken caesar salads because it’s only the lettuce and chicken and a small handful of croutons. Can’t say I’ll be back to this location I’ll stick with other locations where I do not have this issue.

Good quality (not necessarily quantity) and pretty good variety but getting more pricey than other similar options. Will probably be scouting out other eateries if this trend continues
