It’s Dunkin’ Donuts of course we spent too much money is Dunkin’ Donuts in Myrtle Beach of course they have toasted coconut Donuts. And as my husband would say it’s Dunkin’ Donuts of course it’s better than Krispy Kreme. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts, of course we bought coffee four creams two sugars. Brand spanking new location looks amazing clean bathrooms staff was just okay and the stock was amazing. Like I said they have toasted coconut which not very many locations have that flavor anymore

Worst experience at a Dunkins ever. Understaffed. Under trained. One employee had to do everything. Wait was horrible. Be sure he was untrained, the one guy just kept taking orders. Then when the other guy said stop, the new guy (worked 2 weeks) made all the drinks absolutely wrong. Even a Dunkilatte.

I gave it an extra star just because it had dine-in. I could never understand how anyone could order a doughnut without seeing in person or reading it on line what they had. Which you could do neither in the drive thru. Store had a dated feel but clean and very open floor plan. Selection of seating inside and outside. Large variety of doughnuts, rolls, muffins, crullers and munchkins donut holes. Also, hot and cold brews made to your liking. We shared a chocolate covered roll with Bavarian Kreme and a coffee cake muffin. Standard fare of bakery items.

Everything was great, but I watched the lady make my sandwich and other people’s with no gloves or utensils, just fingered the meat, egg, and cheese onto the croissant with bear hands…. Everyone working in food service should be wearing gloves ♀️ definitely gave me the ick and won’t be coming to this location again. As someone that works in healthcare; working with food and having no gloves on is unacceptable

Ordered 2 chais and a latte, they gave us 2 matchas and a cup of straight hot milk. Entire order was wrong. We didn’t realize until we left and started drinking them. They have no idea what they’re doing. Also blasting Fox News on the TVs.

I had such a great experience at Dunkin’ Donuts recently that I just had to share! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly service that instantly set a positive tone. The place was clean, inviting, and smelled like fresh coffee heaven.
I ordered one of their delicious cold brews (seriously, their flavor options are out of this world!) The coffee was brewed perfectly — smooth, bold, and energizing. You could tell everything was fresh and made with care.

My daughter asked for a coffee, French vanilla 5 liquid sugar and 5 cream. When we got the drink, they had put milk in it instead of cream. Not a big deal, just had to ask to get it fixed. However, when we did ask the manager was at the desk and when we asked her, she was very rude saying, “well your daughter told me milk so that’s what I put.” Even though I heard her say cream. Overall a very bad experience, and multiple other of our coffees we got were very nasty as well.

I’m not usually one to post bad reviews but I had to this time. The snackin bacon is one of my most favorite items on the menu and consistently it has been awful lately. Usually not the right amount of pieces and today I ordered some and it’s almost translucent and rubbery….it’s fatty I think? Also not enough pieces…But why would they serve something like that? Dunkin’ used to be my favorite but they are dropping the ball lately.

This Dunkin is a mile from my house and on my way to work. I’ve given them SO MANY CHANCES. Horrible. I always order ahead mobile so they have my order in writing. Always a wait. ALWAYS wrong. Like every.single.time. Always terrible attitude when you try to get what you actually ordered. Drinks never made consistently. Food burnt or ice cold or mushed in the bag. When I contacted corporate they had the manager of the location in Garden City call me to apologize and she said that store is so terrible they have her trying to do damage control when they get complaints. I hope they close and turn this spot into a jiffy lube.
