My daughter did not have her sandwich on her plate and the cook literally threw it down on it when she asked. Terrible service. They were out of fresh mozzarella and the Soda machine is broken. Store was unclean with dirty tables everywhere. Definitely not impressed with my first and only visit to a panera bread.

This Panera was very crowded at lunch time on a Sunday; however, it was extremely clean and the service was fast. They have the self service stations which make the line go faster and allow you to see what is on each salad, which is pretty convenient. The employees went above and beyond.
