We got the Backyard BBQ Combo and were very disappointed. The steak tips were pretty good but the chicken was small and overdone. The ribs??? 3 big bones and very little meat. Won’t get that again

Ordered online via iPhone from 20 minutes away. Got to the restaurant and before I could notify them someone came out with my dinner. I have a generous tip. Back at home order was exactly as ordered. Steak tips came rare and medium rare as desired. Salad was large. Loaded mashed potato was delicious. I’ll definitely be going here again and again.

We stopped for lunch on way home from New Hampshire. Our food was great, our service was great. The men’s room was like 100 degrees. My daughter said ladies room was cold and dirty and had a toilet out of order.

Have been coming here all my life and have never had a bad experience. The current manager Chris is incredible, I watched him pay for a family’s dinner tonight because he saw their sick daughter. Really special moment that reminds me to pay things forward! Love the 99 even more now

Had a really bad experience going here. No hostess when we arived. Took about 10 minutes before a manager came to seat us. Service after we were seated was good though, basically the only positive I can say. After we ordered the food came out in less than 5 minutes, which I don’t know if I should be impressed or concerned about. The food itself was very bland and tasteless. I couldn’t even get half-way through the meal until I had to stop eating because my stomach was not impressed by their cooking either. My stomach still hurts now as I write this review an hour later. For the price, you may as well go to the Longhorn Steakhouse down the street for a lot better food and service. Definitely not the worst resturant experience I’ve ever had, but its not too much better than it. 1 Star.

Me and my wife have been going to the 99 in Plymouth for years. We decided around Xmas time after going to Lowes to try the one in Pembroke. We were pleasantly surprised at how kind, charming and professional our waitress Julie was. She truly went over and above and has continued to as we go there every weekend and request her. Through all of the issues that location has had in the last few months. She is what keeps us coming back! Thank you Julie!! We look forward to seeing you this weekend!

Last 13 July 2021, the hostess just stared at me as I entered. No greeting, just a blank stare. When I asked for a table for 2. Her curt response was “20 minutes wait”. She gave me clearly the impression that she wouldn’t want to be disturbed or burdened and would not want additional business coming to the store. It would have been an average experience if she would have greeted when customers arrive and politely advise that maybe the restaurant is half staffed and the wait might be 20 minutes. Then ask if we were willing to wait. We just left without addressing her and went to the 99 Restaurant at Plymouth. It was a stark comparison. The hostess was great. Please train your young hostess to do her job properly.

Me and my friends come here all the time and always get the best service. Chris is the man, always cracking jokes making the whole table laugh, hopefully he continues to serve us. Food, service, environment is great overall and we will certainly be coming back soon!
