A go to place for a cut above lunch or dinner. We enjoyed our lunch. A young lady took our order who was just too quiet to be in customer service. She hardly made eye contact and didn’t have knowledge of the menu and the pricing. Maybe she was new and management should not have had her on her own. Tables could be a little cleaner.

This is the ugliest and worst Panera I’ve ever been in. It’s no longer a warm comfortable place to be. on top of that, service is terrible The Drive thru order pick-up is a joke- it takes way too long and your food gets cold while you sit there and wait for someone’s order to be filled. Been going here for 6 years. Lets say the last 3 years this place has turned into a nightmare. I ordered one breakfast sandwich and one bagel. Well the bagel sat on the counter for 20 mins, cream cheese got warm and the bagel was no longer warm. Sent it back. I got an avocado egg white breakfast sandwich. Well guess what? Avocado and cheese was missing. I didnt bother sending iy back. They have 10-15 orders, and only 2 people working. A young manager showed up, looked at the board, and disappeared. In the 35mins I was there I didnt hear any communication in the kitchen. What a disaster! This place needs to axe these ‘managers’ and get some real leadership!

This Panera is very good. They get your food out correctly and quickly. The Mediterranean warm bowl is made with great flavor combinations. This is the first food that I haven’t had to customize in a long time. It’s perfect the way it is. Also, this store has large cups in stock which is more than I can say for the other Panera stores in the area. That’s a good thing when you’re running an unlimited drink promotion!
