I ordered the You Pick Two: a Greek salad with chicken and a Frontega Chicken Sandwich, along with a side of chips. My food was delicious, and I thought the portions were good too. I also ordered hot chocolate. The total came to around $19, which I do think is a bit pricey, but at least the food tasted great. Sometimes you pay this amount for poor quality and service, but that wasn’t the case here. Overall, my experience was good. I would definitely go back, though I can’t afford to as often as I’d like

A warm, cozy place to enjoy hot soup on a cold, wintry day (my favorite is having it in a bread bowl!) The sandwiches and Mac and cheese are delicious! Smoothies are healthy and satisfying. Add delectable fresh baked cookies, pastries, muffins, and bagels-what more could you want. Updated comfort food at its best, in a pleasant atmosphere with friendly service

I had a very poor experience with my pickup order and will not be returning. The Panera employee who handed me my order was rude, and the sandwich was poorly prepared and messy. For the prices charged, I would expect better quality and customer service. I hope the staff receives proper training.

Used a gift card. Signed up for rewards at checkout. Quick & easy using the QR code I scanned from the provided card. Received a free dessert for signing up. Downloaded the app.
Real food does cost more. Dinner for 2 costs $30.00. Pick 2 offer are 2 smaller half portions with a choice of a free apple or potatoe chips, but not a discounted price. Unsweetened Iced tea included free refills, so we shared the large size to refill at self-serve.
Both sandwiches were toasted, and the cheesesteak was real steak, sliced thin! Definitely a repeat in the future.

Guys, your quantity is way too less and the sandwiches doesnt have anything filling between 2 breads.. too less for the bucks.. very bad ownership.
In 2024 it was better.. now after tariff (Mar-April) increases etc..this become worst place for the $$!

The portion size of chicken in the Chicken Italiano and Frontera Chicken sandwiches was disproportionately small relative to the price. We are extremely dissatisfied with this inadequate serving.

Ordered at 1205pm and 50 minutes later we still didn’t get our order. Asked about the status and we were told we had another 40 minute wait. They said they were so slammed with Uber and DoorDash orders that the people in the restaurant have a longer wait. We got a refund and left. I’m not waiting almost 2hrs for a salad and sandwich.
