Drive thru, I use to love their chicken salad but this was on one side of sandwich and the other side was just a little better. Hardly any almonds. My husband got a buffalo chicken which was also not great. They really have gone down hill. I use to be ok paying their high prices because food was really good but now it is expensive mediocre food.

I have worked here for a little over two years, and I consistently try to convince people to apply. It is such a fun place to work, especially if you’re extroverted and like to get along with others. The management is kind and considerate as well as flexible with hours. On top of this, I not only have made friends with my coworkers, but even with customers! (Shoutout to Robert)

Went to the Panera in Camp Hill Shopping Plaza for lunch because my wife had a gift card. The restaurant was clean & tidy but the food while tasty, was overpriced for what we got. Portions are definitely on the small side. Would only go there if like today, I had a gift card or someone else was paying.

Advertising works. I saw a picture of their new spicy chicken sandwich somewhere… I needed to have that sandwich. The missus was out, offered to pick me one up, and I was VERY excited. I ordered online… we got two chicken sandwiches, two drinks, and some mac & cheese for the baby which rung up to OVER $40… i have no idea how… but still, I thought… this is going to be so good, it will be worth it. Then the food arrived. Drink was pretty good, it was a mango something or other. But the sandwich was priced $8 too much… that’s right, it was a $10 sandwich and garbage. I would take a McDonald’s chicken sandwich over this. Never again. You made me sad, I hope you’re happy, Mr. Panera.

I used to be a fan of Panera but in the past year the quality of food and variety has suffered. The only thing you get are chicken sandwiches and salads. The soups are good but the onion soup has gotten very bad. For a $9 bowl of soup it’s really disappointing. The pic shows little soup and less cheese. It was warm but definitely not hot and satisfying. Done surprised if the franchise is gone in the near future.

Very good service at this location. Ordered ahead and someone else took our food. The crew made it right and threw in a few cookies for our trouble. Will stop by again next time were in the area.

Jose M Rodriguez…. They fired me. Do not ever admit you have a mental illness because they will do everything in their power to fire you. Gm Kristen B and AGM Logan S are the main issues— AGM is cool, but GM makes him do all the dirty work. Calling HR does nothing and are absolutely useless. Look up Ethics hotline on Reddit and call them first. It is all a joke and I would never advise anyone to work here, especially if you suffer with mental illness. I was fired for putting a butter tub down too hard. They also will schedule and take time away from a wonderful mans who happens to be autistic bc they can’t stand him, but he always does a wonderful job. Tell me if this is a place you’d like work or even patronize?! I worked here in 2018 before I got a different job, and the management was a million times better. I wouldn’t bother if I was you.

By far the busiest Panera I’ve ever seen. Filled our order from the kiosk quickly and we sat outside. Only issue is no ice available when you order via kiosk.
