Panera Bread has never let me down! their food is absolutely amazing along with their baked goods. their broccoli cheddar soup is to die for, especially with a bread bowl! the bacon mac n cheese is superb. a chocolate chip cookie or a blueberry muffin is the perfect dessert.

Took my granddaughter to get a mac and cheese bowl today. Was charged 29.54. I told the girl it was to much. That was wrong. She argued with me. I had to talk to another employee about being over charged and finally got the manager. They whispered to each other that is was all ok. I have worked as a manager in customer service most of my life. The employee should have never argued with me. Should have got the manager right away. I was so mad. But kept my cool. They should be training employees better. They made it right however they shouldn’t be talking like is was no big deal. 29.00 compared to 11.54 isn’t anything to just brush off. I am so disappointed.

We recently did an online order for pickup at lunch since we were in such a rush that day. We didn’t eat right away until we got back home, we’re so excited to eat Panera since we usually don’t treat ourselves to it all of the time due to the price. Well let’s just say it was the WORST order we’ve ever recieved from our local store. The sandwich was thrown together poorly. Barley any lettuce or vegetables on my garden comprease.. it was overall not worth the money spent and we ended up eating a few bites, then wasting it to the garbage because the garlic was so over powering since there were barley any vegetables on it. How disappointing.

What is the problem with Panera bread in Johnstown Pennsylvania? They serve a yogurt dish and when it is served in a ceramic bowl, it is larger and I enjoy it , but time and time again I put in my order and I get a smaller portion of that yogurt dish, in a plastic little bowl And it is also tasteless. I complain about it, but I’ve already paid for it and they put it on a plate and they tell me there’s nothing I can do. I hope they read this and revert back to the ceramic bowls; so for this reason, I’m giving them one star for now.

Check your receipts!! I ordered 3 kids Mac and Cheese meals, and I didn’t want the drinks that were included with each meal. I asked for a receipt because $35 seemed high for three kids meals. The drive thru cashier was very reluctant to give it to me, and was already making excuses saying she had to include drinks on the order.
Figured out I was charged for 4 kids Mac and Cheese meals, 3 chocolate milks, and one medium soda. I received 3 kids Mac and Cheese meals, and no drinks. In total I was overcharged by $12.
I had to go back to the store the next day to get a refund, as they could not issue it over the phone. Not once was an apology given. Seems like this happens all the time. I will not be eating here again.

Ava is the best employee I’ve ever encountered. I was in town with my family, she was fast and courteous and put a smile on all of our faces! This girls deserves a raise! She’ll be the ceo one day!

Food is always good and some employees really nice but I just went inside and get some soup and I see an employee sitting in the front counter and on top of that give me attitude like I’m paying for my stuff so I think I’m not coming back and probably will not make a difference lol

Food was good, but it was rushed in there.background music was not relaxing at all. Overall 3 stars. Personally like a slower, paced place, top many people bumping into me, Restrooms were small, cramped.

Turkey chili, french onion soup, creamy tomato soup, chicken and wild rice soup, sandwhiches, bread, chips, drinks, it was delicious. Location was clean and modern, staff were friendly and efficient, highly recommend.
