What a way to start the new year! For my first meal of 2026 I enjoyed a pick two of the chicken avocado blt and the wild rice soup. What a perfect combo! The chef in the back cooking the soup deserves some serious credit! The staff was friendly checking in on me many times as I ate. 11/10 experience

Spent almost $50 for me and my kids food and cookies. Didn’t get the cookies. Brought my receipt up to get them and ordered a few more things from the bakery. They forgot the cookies and the brownie, when I had to go back up to get the brownie they made a fave like they thought I was lying. ABOUT A BROWNIE?! They don’t forget to charge for cream cheese when the card is already in they cancel the order to charge for cream cheese when they’ve already forgotten half our order! Terrible manners from staff or customer curtesy from your own mistakes. Like mad at me because you’re incompetent in your job. Ridiculous.

Ordered a pick two for takeout. I got home to eat my broccoli and cheddar soup and it was absolute water. It was not edible. The confusing part to me is that somebody actually poured this in a cup and thought that it was OK to serve. Panera has really gone down hill and with their prices it’s a shame.

It’s was a really bad service on the food i paid for a family order and ive paid 26.16 for me and my partner and this is what i get a soup that just fits one bowl and a one bowl cost 7 dollars and something cents and 4 apples that I didn’t even put in the order and I’ve order a dine in there and they put it as a take out I just don’t recommend anyone here ever

This place was clean and cosy with a fireplace to warm up by and the food was fine. The servers were polite and helpful and they take food allergies seriously.

What a sad experience. They were out of virtually every bagel. We decided to go sweet. I got a “bear claw” that was more like a kitten paw. My son got a chocolate chip muffin that was nothing like the photo on the menu. Was almost a cookie.

Online ordering is never on, and curbside man is very rude. I just got a pick-up, sandwich had no tuna, had tomatoes when I asked for no tomatoes.
