Stopped here during a soccer tournament. The place was very dirty with plates everywhere, unclean tables and chairs, a bathroom with overflowing trash. We also had multiple hairs in the middle of our frozen lemonade and the staff didn’t apologize or seem to care. Would not recommend.

The worst Panera I’ve been too. I ordered a grilled cheese with soup and the sandwich was nothing but bread with one slice of cheese and it was cold. The soup tasted like the burned part of the bottom of the pot. Awful food. I have pictures to show the disgraceful sandwich.

Pretty typical of Paneras food was good, pretty crowded, Tortillas chowder was great had to bowls of it. This location has a centrally located fireplace that Is cozy in the winter time this time a year not so much.

everyone always talks about this place, my only question is WHY? food is overpriced, staff in marginal at best, spend 15+ and get a chicken sandwich that look like McD’s chicken and the same size if not smaller. sure the sandwich is probably slightly healthier than whatever Mcd’s call chicken. yes their chicken sandwich was sad and so was the previous sandwich that i got there, sorry don’t remember what kind it was, just that i was disappointed in it too. They do have great bread. save your money if your hungry you’ll leave hungry or broke or both

They didn’t put my food in a bag they just put my food on the pick up shelf I had to go to tropical smoothie cafe to get a bag and then I’m part of the unlimited sip club I pay $13 a month and got a green tea and the lady said no when I wanted a thermal cup so it can stay cold and the ice wouldn’t melt when I get to wexford for work which is an hour drive plus I don’t like those plastic clear cups they give for cold drinks they always spill in my car cause the lids don’t stay on so I love the little thermal cups but it’s a good size the thermal cups so I had to tell her I’m heating my tea up to get a thermal cup. paying $13 a month for the unlimited sip club they better give me whatever type of cup I want. Do better Panera. I won’t be coming back to this location in the mornings at all.

The food was delicious!! My son and I had the new baguette sandwiches delicious!! He had the broccoli and cheese soup and I had the Asian chicken salad. Fresh and delicious. Will go again.

If you are traveling on I-76 and see a sign for Panera exit 57, keep on going. Unless you want to drive an additional 14 miles (7 each way).
