I picked up dinner on the way home, and gave my 2-year-old the apple. She got as a side to tide her over. At one point, she kept saying you yucky, and this is what her apple looks like inside. It had a wormhole in it. They charge you $3.19 for a fountain drink…. Disgusting.

I found a piece of plastic in my daughter’s strawberry poppy salad. I told two employees who apologized and called the manager but the manager was rude and made me feel like I was making it up. She did nothing to help and did not apologize about the situation. I did not expect this from the manager and it is very upsetting as I do not know if my daughter accidentally had some other small pieces of plastic in her salad..

The Baja bowl was great. It was my 1st time having it I was a little iffy at first. And those different flavored drinks they have are the best there was a kid there named Dan that was cleaning out and he was very polite while everybody else was busy and I was trying to get butter. I asked him if he would get me some and he jumped right on it, and made sure to say goodbye.

Fast quality service. The staff is professional and so very helpful. The food is over the top. Fresh baked bread and bagels. Brownies and scones to hit that sweet tooth. Multiple different drink options. Hot coffee, cold coffee, smoothies, teas, and fountain drinks. Looking for a great meal, have soup, salad, it a sandwich. Don’t forget to get the Mac cheese, melts in your mouth.

they are almost always out of one or more ingredients by late afternoon…. this time my sandwich was missing avocado but my order was in several minutes before they notified the cashier that it was out. i only found out after asking at the counter since they forgot my chips too . the salad was sad too but not worth a fuss. dunno if this location is the problem because this is a repeat experience for me

I stopped in at Panera Bread today with my family as we are traveling for vacation. The store was clean and well laid out. The staff were friendly and inviting. We just ordered bagels and cream cheese. Everything tasted fresh. I highly recommend stopping in at Panera Bread.
