I was pleasantly surprised by the diverse array of healthier choices and options available on the menu. I decided to try the harvest medley salad, which was a colorful mix of seasonal vegetables, leafy greens, and a light vinaigrette. I also ordered the chicken walnut salad, adding a couple of extra scoops of grilled chicken to enhance its flavor and protein content; it was generously portioned and tasted fantastic. To finish, I sampled the coconut macarons, which had a crisp shell and a moist, sweet coconut filling that was perfectly balanced.

I want to start by saying this is not a complaint over a single mistake. I’ve been trying to give this Panera grace for over a year because I understand mistakes happen. Seriously I do, and I feel bad even writing this, but I’m just getting a little frustrated 🙁 ….That being said, my order often doesn’t come out quite right whether I order inside or through the drive thru. There are always frequently missing ingredients, no “extra” of items I paid for, or items I asked to remove that are still included.
I was especially excited to try the Asiago Wake Up BLT breakfast sandwich, but when I got home and unwrapped it after 11, I realized it was missing both the bacon and the cheesy Benedict sauce. At that point I couldn’t even go back to fix it. Without those, it didn’t really feel like a BLT, and it was disappointing.
As someone who has worked in the service industry, I try to be very understanding, but I do struggle to understand the continued lack of consistency in the food, especially at a fast casual chain where there are typically set protocols in place.

They can not get my order right to save their life. Over a dozen times wrong. Once they forgot to give me my slushy so I got in line and drove all the way around an additional 20 minutes and they tried to tell me it was supposed to be a pure liquid. Just mediocre employees every time. I guess everyone’s in the same situation. The baguettes super small now. I literally don’t have a tablespoon of dressing in my cup for my salad anymore. And I’ve been understanding every time they’re out of an ingredient.

Fast food Paneras? Paid $10 for 80¢ worth of pasta and a dollars worth of cheese sauce.
Don’t waste your time nor money.

Great location and staff does things right. I’m not sure what other people complain about, but I’ve never been to another Panera besides this one, and every single time has been delicious. The staff is friendly, the manager is friendly. I think a lot of people just like to complain about everything in life. I have no issues with the food or service, dine in, or take out at this location. Great job!!

Prices are outrageous. $18 for a soup, mac and bread? We didn’t even get drinks. Soup wasn’t hot and bread was cold. Better off getting their soups in a container from Walmart and heating it yourself. Disappointed. Staff were nice.

A guilty pleasure. It’s an enjoyable brunch/lunch after church. Love their green tea and baked goods.

The staff was very nice, the food was good and hot. No bread bowls unfortunately but was still good. The tables weren’t clean and the drink station wasn’t clean.
