This is honestly one of my favorite restaurants of all time. First of all they’ve never once gotten my order wrong or left anything out. I can’t really overemphasize how rare or important that is. The sandwich soup combo is always a win for my lunch. I go with the apple as the side. Service with a smile, and quick. However, seating was not readily available. It was lunch rush.

Food was great. Get the Pick2. It’s a great deal. Love their French Onion soup. Good location. Usually, it’s busy there. We sat next to the fire place. They have outside seating during summertime.

Been thru the drive thru two separate times. The first time they forgot my silverware. I had to eat my salad with my fingers and soup like a drink. Went back again. After they handed me the bag I asked if they put silverware in this time, because it was forgotten last time. He goes oh I don’t think so, I open it up and lo and behold, no silverware again. Not sure how they could mess up twice in a row on different days but it happened. If you choose to use the drive-thru make sure you check for silverware.
TLDR: they forget the silverware in the drive-thru. Make sure you double check before you leave.

Panera bread is the best way to get healthy, fresh food. Whenever we don’t have the desire to cook, we order from Panera and even try some of their new items. They have everything for a healthy meal. We never go to fast food places so this is a real opportunity to eat well. When food is ordered, they are on time when completing the order requested at a specific time. Was very nice is that we can order in the middle of the afternoon for dinner by specifying the time we’d like to pick it up. We use their app and we also get special coupons that we can apply both the Fairport, New York and Victor New York Panera locations are outstanding. I would highly recommend Panera Bread.

If my rating was on location alone it would be higher as this is definitely the nicer location in the area.
But basing on Panera Prices on items:
$4 for a “LARGE” Iced coffee wouldn’t be bad if it was actually Large.
Went next door and bought a $4 MEDIUM

They forgot the baguette for my salad as well as the baguette for my mac n cheese. Also my tuna sandwich has about a spoonful of tuna on one half of the sandwich and the other was just lettuce. Won’t be returning to this location
