They Heard me ask for extra chicken and still didn’t give me extra chicken then they charged me for the extra chicken and when I called back up there, they said they gave me extra chicken then they want to reimburse me or give me what I ordered. They have bad attitudes and horrible listening skills.

The store is beyond excellence! The front desk guy always see him multi-task on taking front counter orders and drive thru orders. Meanwhile the meats stays always fresh , juicy and tasty to consume! Consider this the only store we got in town, so the staffs are doing a very outstanding performance , kudos to the team!

When I walked in I was immediately welcomed by 2 young boys ( Tynik M & Andreas C) When I asked what was good on the menu tynik said ” my favorite item on the menu would have to be the chicken tenders. When I was done ordering i found a seat that was just cleaned. When the food was done it was brought out by Tynik and Andreas who made sure that I had a great time at kfc.

“We’ve got sauces covered” but per KFC Cashier Jim, only 1 per customer. I asked for two BBQ sauce for my meal but he refused and only gave me one and said any additional sauces will be extra charged. Good thing I bought my own hot sauce. ♂️

The drive thru intercom was very hard to hear, we said our order twice. When we got to window our order was not correct. Girl dropped our food when handed it to us thru window, we were short a drink and had to run inside to grab it.

It is a good KFC to me. Got delivery twice and both times the food was nice and well done and crispy. The small chicken sandwich I got was yummy, the Legs wings and single thigh I git were very tasty, the biscuits were delightfully fluffy, and the wings were mostly well done and flavorful. Got a delivery order so can’t comment on the restaurant itself or service but my food DID get to me fast so that should say something good about the service. No complaints, think I finally found a good KFC!

We often get KFC, roughly 3 times per month, and every time something is messed up or missing. We just kinda sucked it up because we were hungry and wanted crispy chicken. But this time my kids were hoping for fries… really… never should have even given us any fries if you’re just going to fill less than half the regular size fry carton. We’re getting kinda frustrated with KFC. What are you going to do when another fried chicken restaurant opens up and you keep messing up orders.?. Stop Messing Up Orders…

Ordered an order of the chicken littles, spicy… there is no spicy mayo on it at all. It looks like they just put the spicy mayo in one spot rather than spreading it on the sandwich. Even then… there isn’t enough. They need more and to spread it evenly. Other than that, the guy at the drive thru was very polite!

The food was exactly what I was expecting. Good KFC chicken.
The service is another story. I placed a pickup order using the app. I went to the drive through to pick it up. The guy who was working the drive through should be used as an example of how someone shouldn’t talk to customers. This guy was rude and has no business talking to customers. All I did was ask at the drive through if I could pick up my order that way. The App says to go inside unless the inside is closed. The guy seemed offended that I would ask such a question and then barked orders to me on where to pick up my order. He had a serious bad attitude.
The guy working the window was awesome.
I will try coming back here 1 more time and if this guy is there. I’m done with KFC
