My girlfriend and I love stopping at this Panera. It has always seemed to be cleaner than any of the other locations I’ve been to in the area. Easy parking in this plaza. The food is consistently tasty at this location (especially the mac and cheese), and the employees are always kind! Needless to say we will be back soon when we are in the area !

I had a turkey deli sandwich since they were out of avocado at 3 pm on a Saturday. The sandwich was decent. The bread was the best part I’d say. Ordering at the kiosk is a pain. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one came. Sadly more restaurants are doing this. I substituted the mustard for garlic aioli and it was decent.

I have eaten at Panera for years and enjoy their food. This particular Panera my food was running way behind and I came up to the counter- I was not rude I was waiting- and I was told they were behind and they would call my name when it was ready. They didn’t. I got a text and it still wasn’t done. Orders that happened after mine were ready before mine. They put my Dine in order in a to go bag- told me it was because it was gluten free but that was done at no other Panera and then forgot to give me dressing. I asked for a plate and got myself utensils. By far the worst experience at Panera ever.

I’m not particularly a fan of big corporate restaurants.. and up into a few days ago I haven’t stepped foot in or eaten anything from Panera in EASILY over ten years. I stopped in and had to kind of figure out how to navigate the “new” updates… Kiosks.. Where do I pick up my order.. but that’s a “me problem”- I was surprised the wait was as long as it was for the store being mostly empty, but the manager(?) was attentive and checked in on my order. Once I got to work and opened up my breakfast bagel sandwich I was shocked. By far the best breakfast bagel I’d ever had- I was NOT expecting what I got and I will 100% return again-probably this week-based on this one time.

Order from here multiple times a week, sometimes twice In a day. Everything is always delicious,accurate and prepared quickly. The night staff in particular are very kind, and I always have a pleasant experience.

Waited for 20 minutes for drive thru from speaker to window for cold old Mac an cheese people it’s only to set for 2hrs get with the program. Anyway highly disappointing experience not likely to return plus it was 11:30 ish no reason at all for it to be old. Unless using old product lines get switched at 11am.

It was okay. Not the best Panera bread . I got the chicken bacon avocado sandwich and a chicken ceaser salad. The avocado was a bit brown I had to remove part of it the avocado which was disappointing. The salad was a bit brown but it was mostly good. Usually Panera is very good not sure if I’ll return to this particular one but will probably return to the usual one I visit.
