Hands down horrible. I can’t remember the last time. We spent nearly $200 for a delivered order. Driver was great.
Every order was wrong. Portion sizes were half to a third of a normal Costa or Cafe Rio order. Little to no meat. Burned Nachos.
Pictures don’t give it justice. The burritos were just tortillas. No meat or cheese on the nachos. Little to no beans. Pretty disappointmented. Hopefully Costa Corporate sees this site and steps in.
If I could give it no stars I would.

Employees at this location need to learn that not every customer likes their meal exactly the same way. If I want to go light on an ingredient I wish that they would take the time to listen to how I’m ordering before they start quickly slopping ingredients onto my plate without any regaurd to what I’m trying to communicate to them. That’s about as disrespectful as it gets, if you ask me.

Avoid the Washington location!
I’ve now been to this location three times, hoping the small portions were just a one-time issue. Unfortunately, it’s consistent — the amount of food they serve for the price is just not acceptable. It feels like management may have told staff to cut back to boost profits.
I rarely ever leave negative feedback, but I felt like this needed to be said.
Today, I even politely asked the employee (at the window) if I could pay for extra, and she rolled her eyes and said, “Yeah I guess, we’re just really busy.” Sure, they were busy — but that doesn’t explain the tiny portions I received on my previous visits when it wasn’t busy at all.
Other locations serve normal portions, so it’s clearly a problem specific to this one. From now on, I’ll be going to Café Rio instead.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Now we eat costa vida probably once a week so dedicated customers. Tonight in the drive thru while we were placing our order you could tell the lady was not paying attention at all because she didn’t ask any follow up questions like “what beans” or anything. Turns out I got a salad with everything I asked her to keep off and nothing that I asked to add on. We will not be returning.

Reagan was kind, prompt, and precise. It wasn’t crazy busy when we came in but she already had a good flow going. She didn’t even hesitate to take the proper precautions to the full extent when I informed her of my food allergy, which I so greatly appreciate. ❤️

Costa Vida has great employees. Great food lots of options. We usually have coupons BOGO. They never get give us any issue , use an coupons. The store is usually clean. plenty of seating. They also have a drive through.

The food was the worst… The worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. It was completely devoid of flavor. The kitchen area was not very clean. The lobby was also not very clean. The wait was pretty long. Did I mention the food was so so bad. I did not eat really any of it. I would absolutely not go back.

Costa Vida is usually great. I find them to be consistent and my favorite sweet pork of all the quick serve Mexican food. I had the nachos with sweet pork and food was great. Restaurant was clean and we had a friendly employee pickup our tray when we finished.

Ordered a burrito from the Washington City Store. Halfway through my burrito I saw something in my burrito that looked weird so i pulled it out. It was a long piece of cellophane / plastic. I’m not talking a little chuck which would be bad enough but it was a large piece, several inches long and wide clearly baked into my food. You better check your food if you’re ordering from here. Corporate said they are going to refund me but really…. plastic!?! Don’t think i can order here for awhile. With that being said I am thanking God right now that it wasn’t a rolled up condom which is what i thought at first.
