I stopped in on a Saturday morning to pick up a couple breakfast sandwiches for myself and a coworker. I was pleasantly surprised there was no line and the wait was short. The sandwiches were good, and made fresh, I thought it could use a choice of sauce. Hollandaise or Buffalo would give it some added flavor. The bread is soft and easy to bite into. $7.50 per sandwich isn’t terrible considering the size of sandwich. I chose not to order any beverages, that significantly adds to price. If I want to spend $20-$30 on a meal, I will go to a sit down restaurant that offers table service. That being said Panera is an upscale option for drive through or to go. Cute cafe ambiance, but I am not receptive to the pager and serve yourself concept. I have dined in similar cafe settings that bring your food to the table after ordering at the counter.

If you want to pay $12 and get a sandwich that looks like this, then Panera is your place. Honestly disgraceful.

This place is going downhill. Placed a take out order in the app, was told it was ready on the pickup shelf. Walked around looking (4 employees, not a single one said anything to me) and finally found it on the counter.

Came in to order. Half the food we were going to get was marked out of stock. So we ordered other options. Got all the way home. Go to eat my sandwich (paid for extra cheese, extra basil and extra sauce and this is what I got. Pretty disappointed with how our food came.

I enjoy Panera, my order is usually always right and the service is usually good and my food comes out quickly. I just feel for the price that the portion size is lacking. Otherwise it’s a decently healthy option on the go. Just don’t look at how much salt is in all their food.

I’m genuinely disappointed with this location. I think Panera food is awesome but the service or getting orders out correctly is horrendous. I had to go back and get my order redone Because first time they gave me someone else order second time they got my order wrong and third time they got my order wrong. I get the same thing every single time. Without fail almost every time I go there, something is done incorrectly like not giving me bread with chili or just getting my sandwich entirely wrong. Please remedy this because I don’t wanna have to drive 7 miles to the next one when I’m down the road from this location. Just to reiterate 80% of the time, my order is incorrect and I have to go in and have them fix it or I get home and don’t notice it and I’m forced with the wrong order. Please fix this and you’ll be great

Not a fan of chains but my kids drag me there. The food is good, but dull. Since it’s made to not offend anyone, thus mass “appeal,” it lacks interest/soul; simply put, its uninspiring. But they do a good job with what they do and they have nailed consistency. I’ve been to two locations recently and both had the same big problem with staffing. In both cases the dining areas were a mess with tables bad and the floor awful, looked like a school cafeteria floor after a food fight. Clearly, in both cases, they were missing that key employee at that moment. We get it, people call in sick. If I were the manager, I’d be out there with a sweeper, setting a good example and cleaning the floors.

I took my granddaughter to her “favorite place” for a late lunch. The atmosphere was quiet and our soup and Mac and cheese was the perfect comfort food during a snowstorm.

This place is always amazing and we have coming here for years and will always be here for lunch or dinner.

Staff is highly trained, Panera reward for app works like a charm and every now and then we get a dollar off or something.

Dine in And out with beautiful ambiance must try them 🙂

I asked for a full tuna sandwich with no tomato as I’m allergic. Well it had tomato on it so I wasted $11 on a sandwich I couldn’t eat. The salad I ordered wasn’t even all the way full and that was $14. Over priced food that wasn’t worth it at all. Then you try to call and no one answers. Don’t recommend this location at all.

Our family frequently chooses Panera for a quick lunch. This is a MUCH healthier option than fast food. The service is quick and friendly. The options are delicious and don’t leave you feeling gross after you eat. Great lunch!
