The store was empty and nobody at drive through and I placed a curbside order that took way to long and on top of that it was incorrect and thrown together sloppy covered in grease the box the sandwich comes in was falling apart from grease and is completely raw absolutely unacceptable . If maybe the employees were working instead of talking thing could get done right the 2 girls tonight can’t make an order right when there isn’t anything else going on just sad

I placed my order for Door Dash delivery. Unfortunately it took 1 1/2 hours for a Door Dash driver to get it delivered to me. But I want to know ONE thing? Do they hire people who can read at this McDonalds?? I ordered two double cheeseburgers. No ketchup, no mustard, no pickles. ONLY onion. What did I receive??? Two doubles with just ketchup. I hate ketchup. That’s why I said NO ketchup!!!! So my dogs got to enjoy my sandwiches and I made myself grilled cheese. Expensive order to just feed it to the dogs!!!

Terrible restaurant location. The servers were not friendly. The food was hard and not edible. The mangers did not properly respond to my complaint to the national reporting system. I will continue to complain until a proper response is provided. Do not dine here!

So my wife ordered dbl. Fish with extra tarter, they forgot the extra fish, and then forot the cheese. By the time we got everything the other food was cold. Fish was overcooked and tarter tasted funny. My wife said we won’t be back. What a raunchy visit. I HAD TO GO IN 2 DIFFERENT TIMES.

Drive thru needs to learn to smile ! One who took money he was nice but man the food person, not nice at all! Pulled up and handed me a drink and said here’s my Dr Pepper. Told her not mine I ordered a coke. She just looked at me like I was stupid ! She turned and then gave me a coke. Told her I ordered a large not a small and the she asked me if I had my receipt to prove it !! Really? So I handed it to her and she gave me my food and said she will get my LARGE coke. Emphasized coke ♀️ She came back with it and handed it to me. Told her to have a nice day and she asked if I wanted my Happy Meal. Looked at her and said I didn’t order a happy meal! Shook my head and sighed loud . She told me she didn’t need my attitude!! I then told her what my order should be! She said just one moment and when she came back she told me she need the bag of food back. Didn’t think they were to ask for the food back once it was out of the restaurant!! Gave it to her because figured it was probably wrong. I gave it to her, even though I had eaten some fries She took it and came back with another bag and I asked if it was right order and she said yes and shut the window !! Unbelievable!!

WOW! This place is so great. We unexpectedly had to reroute to a different McDonald’s on our way home from a field trip. We brought in 31 kids. And ordered a bunch of happy meals and the staff were AMAZING! If we needed something/had a question they were so patient with us. The general manager was just so kind and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better crew.
