The very friendly french speaking cashier convinced us to try a sandwich instead. I must say it was good. They do sell the Panera soups at Aldi not far from there…. Mom was disappointed so the Aldi soup will have to do.
Ordering on kiosk takes forever. The one counter person was really struggling during the lunch rush hour.
Has to be a better way!!!
Mocha and cheese and egg sandwich are mine. My niece is big fan of their chicken soup. Food is good and employees are really kind . They missed one of my order of soup and when i brought this up to the manager he offered us the missed item for free of cost. I offered to pay but he told that it was their responsibility to have carefully noted the ordered and refused to bill one of our chicken noodle soup ☹️ Thanks much for nice experience.

I’m updating my review to add a recent experience. Pictured in my hand is the $10 half ciabatta cheesesteak. The photos on the website showed a lovely looking sandwich full of meat, veggies and cheese. What you actually receive is a sandwich that measures just over 4” long with a minuscule amount of filling. It’s safe to say it is officially time to say adios to Panera Bread.
