When did this one change?? Its hideous. I had to walk out and wait for the order outside, the lighting was painful. It looks like a warehouse. A good way to persuade people to visit a nice cozy local shop instead.

I went to this dunkin this morning and while I was waiting for my food, this young lady decided to touch her hair while wearing her gloves (mind you she was taking out the food from the oven) and had the audacity to not change her gloves… not saying she has dirty hair but that’s dirty. I would expect you guys to know better because if ur gonna be working in food service, at least be clean about it.

used to be reliable, but they have regularly gotten our order wrong the past 5 times. given a black iced coffee today instead of an iced vanilla latte, and one hot latte was only filled to about 2 inches below the brim of the cup.

This place frustrates me to no end. I have had multiple wrong orders and today was the icing on the cake. I ordered a small black cold brew and a large cold foam cold brew with 3 cream and unsweetened vanilla flavor. What I got is absolutely undrinkable. The small cold brew is basically water and my large cold foam has vanilla swirl in it and is more cream than coffee. I didn’t even bother to complain because the last time my order was wrong they told me “we can’t take it back” to fix it. I won’t be coming back to this location any more.

Always good but always a large cold foam never a large coffee- and they never do less ice … I like my drinks cold but not extremely diluted.

Today I was at the register placing an order and the employee named Sharon or Susan looked me up and down and I paid for my order with my Apple Watch and I put my hand out for the receipt and Sharon or Susan threw it on the counter instead. I walked away and the next customer in line a white lady then pays for her food she hands her receipt and change to her with a polite smile and have a nice day. I said to her you could have handed me the receipt in my hand like you did this lady right here. She didn’t even look at me and walked away from the register and walked to the back. Mind you I was so polite to her so I don’t know what I did to get treated like that. This is not even my first encounter with this lady. Approximately a month ago I ordered a hot coffee that I order very often here for 2.87 she charged me 4.75. I say this is weird it’s usually not that high. Well it turns out she ordered me an ice coffee and that was the reason for the price change. So I tell her I don’t order an ice coffee I ordered a hot. She takes the ice gives me the hot coffee I ordered and only gives me 75 cents. 3 quarters. I should have been given back 1.88 but that wasn’t the case. Everyone else in the store is nice. This is my second time visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts, and I must say it is as disappointing as my first visit 2 weeks ago not only are those employees sad and rude, The coffee is horrible either it’s too dark or too light too hot or to cold and the coffee taste like water. I definitely won’t be visiting this place again and just for next time or for the record, please get a new manager, put some happiness in that place because it’s horrible
