I love Panera but they need to hire more workers here, this is my third time here and I’m always waiting longer than usual, this time I waited 45 minutes for two sandwiches. Don’t usually write reviews but hoping upper management sees this. I will be asking for a full refund.

These five stars are for the beautiful manager Jazmia, who successfully redeemed my experience from yesterday. But yesterday we had horrible service and our food was not the best! I explained everything to Jazmia on this morning. She was kind and understanding and asked if she could make our meals over again. Hey I’m not turning down a free meal. We are OTR and it’s hard out here lol. Overall, we are pleased and we have lunch for today lol

We just left Panera on our way up the thruway. I love Panera by me. No one was at the register for 10 minutes. The employee showed up but had his hat down to his nose and we couldn’t see his eyes. Not sure if he was physically ill or just had zero energy. Cold coffee which he heated up for us. Stale almond pastry. Good cinnamon bagel. $17 later extremely disappointing. Someone needs to do something and not just assume guaranteed business because of your location.

Came here on a Sunday night and waited nearly 45 minutes for a sandwich and mac and cheese. To be fair, Chic Fil A is not open (dumb), but they also put zero sense of urgency in anything. Not sure how hard it is to scoop frozen mac and cheese into a cup.

The female cashier that was taking care of the front totally ignored me, the male cashier came to the front and took my order. Don’t understand what the rudeness was for, the only difference between her and I was race, I’m black and she’s white and so were all the other customers ♀️
