I drive through here almost every single morning. Danny knows my order so well that when I had to order delivery today and forgot to add a bagel, it was included anyway when it arrived! The food is good and feels more healthy then most places, the sip club saves me money and if we take my 2 year old daughter there when it’s quiet every employee we have interacted with has been very welcoming. Also the sourdough bread loaf is really good, it compares well to most bakeries.

I am very disappointed with the customer service at this location. We placed a catering order here, and specifically placed an order for someone with dietary restrictions. When the order arrived, it was missing several items, including the dish for the individual with dietary restrictions. When I called to discuss with staff, they did not seem concerned by this, but told me that they would refund me for the issues with the order. When I didn’t receive the refund after a couple of weeks, I called to speak with a manager. He told me that if an order isn’t refunded within the first 72 hours, there is no way to issue one afterward. He assured me that he would send coupons instead to accommodate the difference. When those didn’t arrive, I called again. The manager remembered me and apologized that the coupons had not been sent and assured me they would be sent. It’s a year since the original order and I still haven’t received anything.

Absolutely love Panera. I haven’t had any issues with customer service and I have the sip club so I’m here often. I love getting the monthly subscription I save so much and it gets me out of the house early in the morning for my tea. The actual place is always clean and peaceful. It’s a great place to dine in for some quiet time. Prices have gone up over time but the quality of food has always been great.

The manager on duty for 8am-9am was incredible! Our doordash order got messed up and changed with anothers and she had her caterer personally redeliver it to us, we couldn’t be more ecstatic! One of the more disappointing Panera bread establishments. The food tastes the same. However, I do not recommend dining in. The bathroom is dirty, and the interior itself has a more chaotic atmosphere.
