Had an awful experience on Memorial Day- entire staff was rushing to close early, 2 hours before published closing time, and forgot one third of our dinner order. Got all the way home before I realized we were missing food! Almost wasn’t let back in when I rushed back to get the missing food. Staff was annoyed that I came back! Insane! On top of all that, our $14 teriyaki broccoli bowl was tiny & looked almost inedible. Including a photo here of what it looked like out of the box. Cmon Panera! You’re better than this!

As my daughter sat in the outdoor seating area, the manager came out and started repainting the table tops around us! The wind was blowing the spray paint into us. I asked her to stop for a few minutes and she didn’t acknowledge us and just kept going. We barely had time to cover our food and rush from the area!

I decided to stop to Panera to get lunch on my way home from work; I haven’t had it in a while; and it’s truly nothing special. $10 Mac and cheese wasn’t even full, a cup of soup (Broccoli Cheddar) was less than half full, the grilled cheese I had was burnt and all bread; barely any cheese, not worth the price I paid. For a small Mac and Cheese, a cup of soup, and a grilled cheese, $30 is kinda high. Taste wasn’t too bad, but the value and quality is to be desired.

Listen here, let me tell you. I got a bread bowl with the chicken noodle. Not super adventurous I’m aware but it was bangin. The service is friendly and my good was it clean. The carpet even looked tasty. And table tasted like cleaner. Very good

Panera Bread is a good place to go to when you want a soup and a sandwich or something a little different. The food is good and I recommend you stop and pick up a loaf of their bread. That’s also a nice feature as to get some fresh bread and bring it home , yummy

Lukewarm coffee. Our individual orders of sandwiches and soups came as half sandwiches – we never said pick two. No choice of fruit, chips or baguette anymore? No toilet paper in one women’s stall. New chicken recipe soup not as good as former. All in all a very disappointing lunch.
