Ordered Tuna & Turkey sandwiches. Bag was sealed for pickup. Got home to find the BREAD and wrapping paper COVERED IN either someone’s HAIR or some black shavings. Super glad I check my food. Not returning to this location.

Several times I’ve came here and they made my order for pick up wrong. My mother ordered online and somehow the order of course got messed up. My mother swore that she put in the right order- they gave me a you pick two with two of the same soups. Why would I order that? When I called to complain management said that they have nothing to do with the online order and that’s what was in the system so they followed the order. They were nice enough to refund me but didn’t give me any free food. I told them they lost me as a customer. After several times getting my order wrong I’m done. And that’s more than just the online order- I’m talking about phone orders as well. And the food went downhill anyway. Used to be so much better. Now I feel it’s just microwaveable frozen crap

I just got home after picking up my online order and they’re currently closed so I can’t call them. This is the drink I received. The label looks to be ripped off. This is unacceptable, especially for someone with allergies who reads the nutritional label. Also, I chose bread as my side for the pick 2 and didn’t even receive the bread.

I show up at the exact same time my order supposed to be ready. It comes out just on time. I’m happy about that, until I get in the car to check my order and half of a sandwich is missing. I Instantly got annoyed because my order was not that large. To Have to go back inside and wait over 10 minutes for HALF of a grilled cheese sandwich is absurd. Granted, it wasn’t the error of the employee at the register, but there was “no sorry about that”, or anything of the sort. It also wasn’t a busy time when I ordered
