I order online and drive through the online pick up lane. It’s fast. It’s easy. The app gives you some deals. Food is Always fresh. I made my own French onion soup for the family and drove here for 5 bread bowls (round bread). One of them cost $2.50 less than an Artisan round bread from S&Shop. Although, it was a heavier bread and crunchy.
The staff are friendly and quick with your order.

The manager should not work there. She has a stinky attitude. She should go home. I ordered drive-through pick up. They messed up my order. I go home and realize my sandwich is missing. I called them up and told them about the issue. They recommended that I ordered another sandwich using Uber or any other online platform and that then they will refund me my sandwich that makes no sense they’re gonna refund me. Uber eats fees no! I requested a free sandwich for the trouble since I had to drive 4 miles to go pick it up and I can hear the manager through the phone with her nasty response to the employee.

EDIT: I went back the next day as I was in the area and after telling the manager what happened, he was quick to offer a solution to my problem and made me a new steak sandwich which was very good. Shout out to him; it’s unfortunate that I didn’t get this service originally.
Gave this Panera multiple tries but am let down every time. Even in an empty restaurant, they can’t seem to ever get my order right or make it well. Always sloppy and stingy with ingredients if they remember to put it on. Bread was inedible and cheese was crusted onto the paper instead of the sandwich. Definitely not coming back here, especially with how expensive the food is compared to the quality.

This review only applies to what I got from lunch and is not representative of the entirety of Panera Bread and their menu. I ordered a pepperoni flatbread pizza, a turkey sandwich with two drinks and chips. I’m sad to say I didn’t get the sandwich, the pizza, sad to say, wasn’t the best pizza out there. It was one of the most bland pizza I’ve had in recent memory, the sauce is faint with a hint of sweetness, and the cheese is plentiful. Though it isn’t something I’d go out of my way to eat, I’ll definitely be updating my review when I get the opportunity to try the other items on the menu.

The only comment is that the portions are small for the prices. But I loved the quality of the food and the atmosphere.
Also the bathroom door is so heavy and hard to open which makes it not accessible.

I went there on the evening of Monday 6/27, and the interior was filthy. Napkins and receipts were on several tables and the floor, and empty drinks were on the table. I wonder what the kitchen floor looks like. I hope that I do not get sick. I do not recommend anybody come here to eat.
