Something is off with this location. The greens in my sandwich and salad were not fresh (discolored and slimy). Maybe it was an off day but they shouldn’t be serving salad that’s past it’s expiration date.

There is a problem in this location, I think.. Hicksville location is much more professional.. Is every branch franchised? Or company operated? Whenever I go this East Meadow location, there is a line because either there is one cashier or none !!! The cashier does his/her job and also other duties like preparing pick up orders etc. Even if I order online to pick up, when I go inside, I wait on the line to pick up my order.. If I order drinks online, the cups are not ready to pick up either. And this is like this more than 5 months. Very disappointing… Very disorganized place… Sometimes we get wrong orders… We say no bacon, and we get back… I argued with my wife a lot because I didn’t check the order at the place… They have to hire more employees and bring managers from other locations…

The whole point of RAPID PICK UP is so that you do not have to wait in line that’s why it’s called a rapid pick up. Everytime I come to this location they have one associate at the register who is responsible for ringing people up in addition to hanging off and making the drinks for the rapid pick ups which isn’t fair to the associate or the customer. If you’re going to have RAPID PICK UPS behind the counter to prevent thefts (at least that’s what they told me) then have someone else up there handing off the RAPID PICK UPS so that we don’t have to wait. It’s that simple. So annoying and irritating. As someone who works in customer service this is terrible customer service.

I love paneras french onion soup, but the last 4 or 5 times I’ve ordered food from there they forgot the cheese and croutons for it so it ends up just being an expensive bowl of onion broth. Almost every time my family orders from there they forget someones sandwich or give us something other than what we ordered. Be warned, if you are ordering food from here and plan to take it home to eat you need to physically take every item out of the bag and unwrap every sandwich to inspect everything while you are still in the restaurant unless you feel like having to drive back there to fix your order while the rest of your food gets cold at home. This place seems to suffer from extreme incompetence when it comes to getting your orders right.

Each time I go here I’ve noticed the staff at this location always informs you if you have an offer on your rewards to use so that you don’t lose out whether it’s a free bagel the $1 discount or anything else.
