Pick 2 order. Half salad half sandwich for $18.
Sandwich is empty tuna salad, very poor quality and the salad is small as well for $18
Look at the salad dressing. The 1 oz cup is only half way.

Stopped by the Ramapo service area on our way to NJ .. The new look Panera is just awesome . Panera stopped doing a few of their sandwiches and panini few years back and I’m glad that they brought back some of them . Wow it was super good . My kid liked the toasted garden caprese . Just super good . Well toasted and perfect taste . Kids pasta was average . They have so much options now for vegetarians .
. What can I say.. these new service areas in 87 , all look alike the same . We went to 2-3 service areas and everything looked exactly similar and nice . So many seats to sit and eat. Very comfortable couch to take some rest during your travel. Parking was the only headache in this location. There was very small parking lot in the front of the building and we had to wait for 5 to 10 minutes to get a parking. 4 stars

This is the worst place i have ever been to in my life. I Enter the Panera establishment and i am immediately hit with a smell of urine. I tried to ignore this and walked up to order and i am greeted by a worker who was eating a cookie while i was i ordering. i ordered my food and received it, but the food wasn’t even Panera, they gave me Panda Express food and there was weird lime green liquid spilled all over the boxes. I thought this experience couldn’t get any worse but while i was using the bathroom i was offered to by Xanax from an employee who was on break. Please keep your kids away from this place it is horrible.

Jordana as the cashier exemplified what customer service should NOT look like. I placed the order on the screens and being a loyal customer, I normally get a message + email. Since I didn’t get it, I asked her to check if the order went through. She checked and said “it has not come through yet but sometimes when it is is busy the screen takes time”. This was after 5 mins of placing the order. She also told me “I’ll let you know as soon as I see it”. Another 15 mins passed and I went back and this time there was another cashier who said she can’t see my order. I explained to her that it’s been 15-20 mins now and this cashier didn’t seem to care as well or feel there was something odd. Another 10 mins later I went back and had to yell at the 3rd cashier there who then went and “checked my systems and monitors” letting me know the order didn’t go through. I had two hungry and crying toddlers and asked if I can place th order / if they can put us ahead of the other orders. But they couldn’t and took another 10-15 mins to get my order. It’s the worst service I have experienced in my life from a fast food joint. Jordana then comes from the back to give me my order and she didn’t even know / remember of me or the fact that she told me earlier that she had to let me know if she didn’t see my order. Just avoid this place like a plague!!

i am not sure who to blame for the long wait; staff or management. There was one girl who looks busy and kinda helpful but just could not keep up with the orders. Lots of customers were getting impatient. Luckily i ordered only a drink, left empty handed and frustrated after failing even to get the attention of the staff.

They make the best spicy fiesta sandwiches out of all the panera bread restaurants I have been too. Wish I lived closer but I just stopped by on my way from Woodbury Commos
