I Suggest avoiding this location altogether. This place serves obviously rotten food. How can someone preparing salads not see the rotten jalapeño, lettuce & cheese and instead of tossing it out or telling the customer they are out of jalapeño & other items they serve it anyway? Who does this? And for human consumption. I no longer patronize this Resturant or any in its chain as this is an integrity and system issue. Many life threatening conditions can arise from consuming raw, rotten produce and cheese including listeria and other bacteria that can cause food poisoning and other health problems. Rockland county health department needs to investigate & revoke their food handling license. This is a shame. I would not have anyone eating here with special caution for pregnant women, children, elderly and the immunocomprimised. Stay clear of o Panera Nanuet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was there for dinner for 3 , ordering was easy – one could order directly with the cashier or with app or with self service kiosk. Cashier Leonard was super helpful in answering all of my queries. even though store was about to close , he helped getting my queries answered with a smile at the end of tiring day.

I was surprised to make grilled chicken sandwich and soda was $19.50. I was even more surprised that the grilled chicken sandwich was mushy. I have never had a mushy real chicken sandwich in my life. I guess they didn’t stick in the microwave long enough

My large mobile order was ready upon arrival and completely accurate! Great location. The only downside is that the parking lot can be cramped, but that is no fault of the restaurant. This is a great Panera and I will likely return next time I’m in the area.

I went to this panera a few days ago with my 17 year old sister. When she ordered on the kiosk the machine glitched and charged her, which we proved by showing them the bank account, but the order wasn’t showing up on their end so they refused to serve her. When we spoke with the manager, Steve, her refused to give us a refund that day and told us we would either have to wait around for it to come through . . . or wait until Tuesday and call back and get a refund once they were sure the order wouldn’t come through after the fact. He specifically told me and her If the order did not come through by then, he would refund her. We waited as he asked of us and called back to speak with him on Tuesday, only for him to refuse the refund claiming there was nothing that could be done. We argued, showed the charge again, and eventually got the refund after he was rude and incredibly unhelpful. The girl working with him was also rude, and was slamming the change drawer as she handed the money over to us.

Ordered carryout through the app but they don’t use the carryout stand so I stood around waiting until a rude lady just walked up and demanded her carryout order. Moral of the story, if you’re rude, you get better service at this store.
