The food was good. Some avocado was a bit brown in the salad. The drink machine was completely brocken. We couldn’t get drinks or ice; fortunately the employees were very helpful. They were there to let people know it wasn’t working and got people ice when they gave out cups.

I came during the lunch rush so my expectations were set accordingly for rushed employees. The staff was genuinely nice, professional and efficient. The food was hot and the bread the highlight of my day. As when I usually come here I have a small complaint, the sandwiches are not cut so are unwieldy and messy to eat. It always feels weird to take out a pocket knife to cut my food, but it is the only way to manage .

I am a Panera lover. However, this Panera store doesn’t provide cups near the self-order machine. You have to ASK for a cup. Second, the ice black tea in this store is totally different from other store. I used to go to Panera 5 times a week. Now I don’t go to Panera anymore. I might move out of Middletown for a genuine Panera tea!

Got a to go order for a Parmesan Mozzarella Sandwich which I thought was gonna be like any other sandwich but I was honestly surprised how good it tasted. The crunch from the baguette, all the cheese hitting me and once and the pepperoni. This is my first time having this sandwich and I’m definitely hooked for sure!

I went there on Wednesday morning and ordered at 10:38am. I was told I couldn’t get a soufflé because breakfast was over. There were 7 soufflés sitting there left. My cashier walked away and I asked the other cashier to verify that I can’t get a soufflé even with 7 sitting right there and she said I couldn’t have one. I ended up ordering the Asian chicken salad which changed and is very different than it used to be.

I never usually have an issue with this place! Wish the tables were cleaned off a little more often as sometimes I’m standing there looking at tables with crumbs and used napkins on them. Otherwise staff is nice and the food is good!
