OMG. First time ordering. Ordered asiago steak sandwich on baguette. Where’s the beef?? Holy crap 12 bucks for a sandwich with hardly anything on it.
Also ordered the chili. Worst chili I’ve ever tasted. Couldn’t even eat it

I like this space for all kinds reasons to stay. Staff is great and welcoming. ZERO problems with time of service, they get you food out quickly and efficiently.
Plenty of space to chill, socialize, do work, have meetings, relax, and have reading and personal study.
And the food is great, and the place it kept visibly clean.
Great place to be with people overall.

I was there around 10am on a Saturday. I ordered a coffee ahead of time they their app. Once I got there, my coffee cup was not in the pick up area and I waited almost ten minutes while the only two employees in there were helping other customers. Once I got my coffee cup and went to fill it up, the coffee itself wasn’t even like warm, which I didn’t realize until I left. Usually this Panera is extremely busy and packed, with almost every seat being filled every time. I’ve had good experiences here in the past, so maybe they were just having an off day. The pastries and sandwiches are very good. The employees are also very polite and respectful. I’ll adjust my rating next time I go off it’s a better experience.

I had placed an order for delivery through the Panera bread app and the delivery person rejected my order. When I called the store Kelvin was very nice and accommodating to make sure my order was delivered. Within 5 minutes of that call I was informed I had a new delivery person. The food was delivered quickly and quality was unkept. This is a thank you to Kelvin for the amazing service and care provided.

I asked to switch the dipping sauces between the two Chiabbata Dipping Sandwhiches and was told, “We can’t do that”. When I called the manager over, his only explanation was “We just can’t”. I can understand policy but when policy can only be explained by “We just can’t”, it baffles me.
Before that, I tried to order something off thre breakfast menu during a time that breakfast hours were still in effect and I was told, “We stopped breakfast already”.
It seems to me that this Panera location has no regard for real customer service.

Ordered our food which came out very late. Then we asked for spoons for our soup, and received no spoons. Then we found out that’s our avocado chicken sandwich had 1 slice of avocado between 2 sandwiches!!!! Neither had lettuce or anything, just plain chicken and cheese. Do NOT order from here, just go to the Jersey Mike’s Nextdoor.

I walked in with low expectations because it’s a Panera, yet I was still disappointed in the food. The soups would’ve been inedible without the bread. The chili was extremely salty and was still too salty even with bread (not the most traditional combination). The Autumn squash soup was cloyingly sweet in a really sickening way. The fact that the soup was made in a factory to be consistent across all locations makes it even more insulting. This can’t be a kitchen mistake. In all their R&D, they determined this level of salt and sugar are what’s demanded by the market?

How do they. It have bread bowls? It’s in the name Panera Bread??? They didn’t run out they just don’t have them today. Haven’t been impressed with this location for a while. Last time I came food was terrible and mushy. This time not bread bowls….hmm ..

Overall, the service and food are good-the tables needed cleanning–the bathroom was dirty with paper towles flowing out of the garbage can. Panera needs to pay more attention to it’s cleanliness.

I was pleasantly surprised that they have Autumn squash soup that is gluten free! It was delicious. I wish they had more gluten free options other than salad and the soup. The cashier and food chef were absolutely friendly and kind.
The cappuccino was also good.
