Me.
And my wife have been here before. In the past, when he used to do burnt ends. Which?
Were delicious we were in the mood for some barbecue today and let me tell you it was delicious. Definitely. I recommend their rib tips. And their brisket

First time ordering food from this restaurant, I ordered the pulled pork tacos. They were delicious not over seasoned. And the additional topping we’re a nice complement to the pulled pork definitely would order them again in the future.

The delivery order (Brisket, ribs, loaded potatoes, barbecue beans, and soft roll) was worth the delivery fee. The food was packaged well and tasted delicious.

(Aug 2024) Pulled pork, ribs, and onion rings was good. I liked the sauces on the briskets.

The back outdoor patio was nice but was still blazing hot from the heat outside. I feel like the heat was intensified by the sun reflecting off the parked cars or from the roof gathering it.

Staff was nice to bring some water for our dogs. Service was quick but, just to note, they were originally reluctant for us to be in the back patio since it wasn’t set up.

Staff and atmosphere were great. A bit pricey but the portions were decent. Junk Nachos were $15 and okay. Three meat plate cost $39.99, but the meat was luke warm and bit flavorless. Couldn’t stand alone without sauce and the meat was dry. Didn’t seem like it came right of the grill, like it was sitting in a tray for awhile. Mac was below average. Potato Salad was ok more on the sweeter side. We were full when we left. But don’t think they we may go back (an hour drive for us).

Either you’re going to love this place or it’s a once and done. Everything tastes fresh and is made to order. You won’t find a pool of grease on your plate, just fresh ingredients. There was a lack of flavor in everything I ate. Even the tri-tip was bland and not tender. The mac and cheese and chili were hot, but flavorless. If you prefer your food on the bland side, this is your type of barbecue restaurant. Perhaps, I didn’t order the right item on the menu. I would recommend the restaurant thinly slice their meat to make it more tender. This is not a good date spot, because there’s nothing to do to prolong the date.

It was good my only negative thing I would have to say is that they need to add MORE bbq sauce. Idk if there rationing or what but please add a more to the meats.

First time here. I had the sliders – tri-tip, pulled pork, and chicken – and house fries. Delicious! My husband had the half slab of St. Louis ribs and those were super good. Flavor was yummy and meat was tender. Rob’s Frog Sauce in various flavors and heats are on the tables for customer use. I had a great experience and look forward to going back.

I was watching a YouTube video about an AMAZING BBQ joint in Austin, TX and everything inside my body was compelling me to buy a plane ticket and go try this BBQ place. Obviously that’s crazy, so I decided to try to satisfy my urge for BBQ by checking out Fat City Brew & BBQ instead. This was my first visit here and the staff all welcomed me and family in as we walked through the back entrance into the dining room. I was excited to see a nice variety of BBQed meats available. I went for the Brisket and Ribs, wife got the tri-tip sandwich, and my son got a salad topped with tri-tip. Everything looked great. The brisket was tender. There were a variety of their own BBQ sauces on the table and they were all delicious. The ribs were definitely the best ribs I’ve had in Stockton. The plate was definitely filling and I couldn’t finish it so I took leftovers home. I still want to catch a flight to Austin to try Terry Black’s BBQ, but Fat City was pretty good too
