I’m going to start keeping track of how many times this store screws up my order. I’m guessing it’s more than 50% of the time. Today, the guy forgot the bread. So, I paid $10 of a cup of soup. The soup is good, but not that good.

I live locally and go to this Panera location all the time! Love the food and location in general, but the bathrooms REALLY need to be updated and given a thorough cleaning. The ladies room is dusty and dirty, the grout is black, and it always has a gross sewage smell. If I didn’t love the food here, I probably would not return. Would really love to see them step up and fix them up.

I’ve been eaten at Panera Breads for numerous years. I was very disappointed with the greasy unhealthy food. I told the staff about the greasy food. The manager did not apologize. We just threw the food into the garbage. They were very unprofessional. If you think about going there for healthy food THINK TWICE ‼️‼️

Disappointed, again. Issues with our rapid pick up: 1. The kids grilled cheese barely had any cheese (photos). 2. They forgot the chicken on the chicken salad. 3. They forgot to include a cup. 4. They didn’t include enough forks. The staff is friendly and the manager offered us a refund but we politely declined. If this was the first time I wouldn’t post a negative review, but it’s been consistently disappointing like this for months now. We enjoy their food and the convience but won’t be returning.

Ordered a chipotle chicken AVOCADO melt. Had no avocado on it…also no peppadew peppers, added tomato and red onion, none of which were ordered/asked to be substituted. The second sandwich from the you pick two was on a completely different bread. Basically just whatever they felt like. They managed to get the soup and salad right so . Not Panera quality at all especially for the price.

Was very disappointed. I ordered door dash from here yesterday and I had 3 things that were supposed to come with bread…got no bread. The mac and cheese also tasted disgusting. Right from looking at it, it looked and tasted like the sauce was just water. Usually love this specific location.

Ordered thru my app and had it delivered thru 3rd party. Delivery was timely however the chicken sandwiches I had customized were incorrect. Called 5 times before someone answered. Disgraceful! Very kind when I finally got someone but they need a lesson on order fulfillment as well as customer service. Sad because I have had positive experiences with Panera before I moved here. It will be awhile before I go back.
