I’ve been coming to this location for years. I really enjoy the sort of secluded alcove they have in the back. I enjoy coming here every so often to drink coffee, listen to music and do some writing. The staff here is friendly and it’s great you can get refills of coffee for free.

Bro, they ain’t gonna stay in business if they charge this much for bird size food.
This much Mac and cheese should be like $1.25

I purchased 3 soups on 1/27/26 at approximately 4:40pm. It was apparent the young man on register was in training.
I presented my gift card and he attempted to swipe it after I tried. He then got a manager a rude (female w/dark hair), she said to me “where did you get this from, it’s probably not activated”. I advised her it was a gift and I’m sure they gave me a good card.
When she realized the cashier has to manually put the numbers in (because it wasn’t purchased in their store),
the card was indeed valid.
The manager then proceeds to tell me that they were out of bread and I could have chips or an apple, I chose neither and asked if I could just get any bread available, she said “no”. A customer ordering after me was told they had ciabata bread and I asked if I could get that, she said “no, because it’s for sandwiches “. Upon picking up my order, the gentleman told me they were out of apples & chips, I asked him if I could at least have a piece of the ciabata bread for my 3 soups, he handed me the bread.
When I got home to eat my soup, the rustic potato soup had slime in it (consistent with spit). I looked up the ingredients for that soup and nothing indicated that texture would be part of the soup.

i absolutely never give one star reviews, i usually give four to someone who deserves 2/5, but my experience here was absolutely atrocious. we were served wilted arugula in our garden caprese sandwich and a HALF FILLED BOWL! that was the bowl after 2 half spoons. horrible .

Panera is one of my go-to places for clean eating. It never disappoints. My favorite soup? Autumn squash. My favorite salad? Fuji apple with chicken. And with the “pick two” selection, I can have the best of both worlds. Panera Bread in Marlton is very consistent in the quality of its food and service; I am a semi-frequent customer. Would go there more if it wasn’t so far from home.

Food was okay, for the price that people often pay it should be slightly bigger portions and fresher items.

Customer service at this specific PB location was about a 4. They don’t greet you and they barely talk even if it’s about an issue for an order that you’ve paid for.

Kid picked his nose. Touched fountain spigots. Managers are also extremely rude and customer service doesn’t exist. Paid 30$ for 2 sandwiches. Spoiled arugula and spoiled tasting spread on spoiled bread. And very dirty always

My second time trying to place an in-person order and it’s the same thing. Waiting at the register for just 1 team member to acknowledge and take my order. Not 1 team member for 10 minutes while walking back and forth and talking amongst each other. What gives? Finally place an order for coffee, a regular size cold brew. Another 10 to 15 minutes, with only 2 orders ahead of me. 2 people making sandwiches no one making drinks. On top of that our online order was incorrect and no indication on the differences in the breakfast sandwiches ordered. It’s a no for me at Marlton Panera! Thanks but no thanks.

I truly enjoy my SIPS membership. This allows me to drink limited beverages. This also promotes me to order more food than normal which is OK because it’s consistently good. I love the salads and autos.
