This is a nice and cozy restaurant. If I didn’t have a wife I would have never stepped in this place, but I am glad I did. We got the Chicken Bacon Rancher which is excellent and the Bacon Turkey Brand which is my favorite. The wife also got the Broccoli Cheddar Soup which is her favorite and the chips with a Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea. Great lunch spot to go with the spouse.

The highest compliments to this particular Panera. I go to a few and this by far is the best around. Also, probably the best group of people working here I’ve encountered. The managers in particular really go above and beyond. The whole staff knows us all by name and the same for most guests. Really makes you feel good about choosing this establishment to dine in. The food is great but again the people are top notch and the reason to keep coming back. They interact, smile and connect in the most genuine way. It’s a staple in the week for us and we love it!

I’m new to Panera. I was warned by another guest to use the kiosk as no one would take my order promptly. However, I was greeted by the best team member EVER named Emerson. She has a funky look I just loved and was so friendly and funny in commending me on my chic avo BLT and half salad.
The efficiency was noticed as I was promptly called to pickup my food. Asking for pickles as a pickle lover, Emerson totally understood and fed my addiction. The salad was huge w chicken in it, avocado, Vic’s, grains, nuts and maybe some very rare tree bark (kidding) as it was so filling. Ended up bringing my sandwich home.
Super clean place. I’ll be back. Give Emerson a kudo, if not raise , for being so impressive!!!

It was the first time visiting Panera Bread. Upon entering, we didn’t know what to do. We didn’t see any signs of instruction. We looked to the people behind the counter for guidance, but they had long faces and didn’t even look in our direction. We finally figured out to order remotely at a kiosk. We had to figure this out. Once we completed our order, we didn’t know what to do next. We finally went up to the counter to ask one of the long faced employees what to do, and she said our name will come up on the screen when our order is ready. We asked “What screen?” We didn’t know where it was. We found the screen and waited for our food. Once we got our food, it was OK. Nothing bad about it, but nothing special. For the $35 we spent, we have done much better at a other local restaurant. If you like Panera and feel it’s a good value, great. But I doubt we’ll ever return.

Stopped there yesterday to get a soup and a sandwich. Service was very slow and unorganized, I went to sit in the dining area and every table was dirty when I mentioned this to the staff they said they were understaffed. When our meal came I got the pick Two, soup and sandwich the food smelled spoiled as I took a bite I tried the soup and it was terrible. This place is going to get someone sick luckily it wasn’t me. 1 star is being generous I’m sure Panera will be a thing of the past in the near future

Very nice Panera Bread. Great value for the money. Spent $25 for lunch for myself and another adult. Served hot sandwiches on plates for less than I would have spent at a fast food place.

Pulled up to Panera Bread in Manahawkin NJ. I was surprised the place was empty at 6:30pm on a cold Friday night! I went in thinking I hit the jackpot however I soon found out the jackpot wasn’t going in my favor. Waited at the counter 10 minutes ordered a hot coffee and hot soup and got a COLD CUP OF COFFEE and a COLDER SOUP! I would understand if they were short staffed however they (Panera) had 8 employees on cleaning the kitchen up! No manager anywhere to be seen! Coffee station was cluttered and dirty. I did ask the young girl in the kitchen if I could get a hot coffee and soup and was told “We are cleaning up give me a minute! Never again A simple coffee and a soup!

I get take out from Panera several times a week. It’s very convenient.
Lately I haven’t been all that happy. First of all they changed their breakfast sandwiches. You can only get scrambled eggs. I loved being able to order them over easy (which gave me a nice wet yoke. ). So no more breakfast sands for me.
Second complaint. I was always happy when they got the seasonal lobster salad. I didn’t mind when the price when up each year but now the quality isn’t the same it’s all claw meat which it never was. It’s hard enough to find a good lobster roll. Sweet Water casino has one Stewards in Tuckerton has a good one. I guess I’m traveling again
