I travel frequently for work and often set up shop in a local Panera. The staff here are by far the friendliest I’ve ever met. The manager was going around to clients and asking about their days, offering assistance and was picking up empty trays. The service here is really unbelievable! It has the feeling of a locally run business with a big brand name. The interior is also one of the nicest and newest Paneras I’ve ever been in.
I’ll definitely be back when travel brings me to the area!

Overpriced and very small portions. The cup of soup and 1/2 sandwich is so small that you’ll be wondering where the rest is. Their soup is not made fresh and comes out of a bag. Stop taking advantage of your customers and provide value for their money.

Absolutely disappointing. The first experience my boyfriend and I had here tonight was despicable. The sandwiches we ordered? It was only HALF!! HALF for 12$?! What inflation? I also don’t know why they didn’t tell us that we were getting half of a sandwich. That would have been helpful, and kept me from spending all the money I did. Not to mention that the sandwiches were extremely bland, the cook must be allergic to salt and pepper. We also ordered a side of soup, which was two “bowls” of chicken noodle. The first picture below shows what was left of the broth in my boyfriends bowl after he ate all the chicken and noodles and veggies. The second bowl is mine, and I had only a couple scoops of it. And what’s so sad is that the soup was the best part of what we ordered, it’s the only thing that had seasonings. Their small bags of chips are okay, but only if you like kettle chips.
As for the atmosphere, it was sub-par. The floors were unbelievably sticky, and the tables I had passed were poorly wiped. Other than it being filthy, the decor was homey. They had a faux fireplace in the seating area, it was its own little wall/divider.
The girl that took our order, while visibly nervous, did a great job. My only gripe is with the cooks who didn’t bother to season our sandwiches.

The manager sits in the front w his paperwork spralled out on the tables every morning, the ladies gossip with each other and ignore customers, there is one lady in the day and one guy at night who holds it together, other than that, what a mess!!! The soda is always flat and you have never ONCE gotten my order right. Done trying. This place will be out of business before long.

Not worth it. You can get on DD or QC full service for the same price. You bread and butter order it’s prepared, price includes full service which also save you time. In addition, calling customers by their name is a sign that you value their business but calling them instead of Luisa, Lisa or instead of Patty, Betty, that just says a lot. Smile at your customers, it is a pretty summer day.
Not worth it. You have options go to DD or QC across the street you will get better value for your money.
