THEY GAVE ME CHICKEN SALAD INSTEAD OF MEDITERRANEAN VEGGIE SANDWICH. I erroneously consumed it thinking it to be feta cheese. I’m a PURE VEGETARIAN. THEY HAVE HURT MY RELIGIOUS FEELINGS UNIMAGINABLY. I’m GOING TO ESCALATE THIS CASE TO THE CONCERNED GRIEVANCE HANDLING TEAM for hurting my emotional and mental peace by such an unforgiving treatment given to me today.

If I could give a zero , I would !!! HORRIBLE . First off staff just sitting around talking and laughing being loud , everything is out the almond milk, hazelnut coffee, and they just standing around even after I informed them. I wasn’t greeted or thanked by the front cashier despite myself being the only customer walking in and out in thatb10 minute time period. I know this is their model and I get a greeting and goodbye at their other locations so I noticed it missing. The cold drink station was almoat empty. That’s what ai was there for on a hot day. The hot counter staff didn’t look happy to be working, no cheerful chatter. I’m guessing the staff here isn’t as cohesive a team as other locations I’ve seen.

8:50am on a Saturday, I come in for breakfast and I have to see two people sleeping in two different booths? I asked an employee how they can allow this and he responded “they won’t let me say anything or do anything about it.” Clean it up Panera, this is unacceptable.

Order a simple hot chocolate, and they were more worried about talking to each other and laughing than taking care of the customers. The hot chocolate was very soft, milky? It’s not that good either. I’m a customer of Paneras for years, and I will continue to be, but this location needs employee training in my opinion.

Not a good variety of veggies for their salads. Difficult to find truly healthy options as even the Kalamata olives have added sugar in them. Sneak af. Manager was rude. Won’t bother to come here again unless I’m starving and literally have nowhere else to go.
