Got biscuits this morning and the biscuits were still doughy. Not cooked all the way. Took them to the register lady and she got the crew to remake them but guess what! Still uncooked biscuits. Why would a kitchen crew think to split a biscuit and add BEC when they obviously see its still dough in the middle. Wasted food because of a careless crew.

Went there Sunday morning 2/22/2026 10:34 AM the girl working the window was super nice. But the girl at the speaker was rude and she ended up handing us our food and was just a hateful person. The biscuits and gravy was lousy, had no sausage in the gravy. Worse experience ever at this location.

Second attempt on grabbing tacos from this location. Horrrrrrible, the meat to cheese and lettuce ratio is horrible. And the meat is extremely greasy! $3.19 a taco with a taco not packed I’ll rather go to Taco Bell

I had just left the hospital from having a transfusion. After I get done, I am tired and hungry. I asked daughter to stop at Hardee’s and get a burger, so when I get back home I can eat. (I live in Lincoln County) I get home get settled in, take a bite of my Star burger, and the burger patties are burnt. I did try to take out a patty. But, both of them were too burnt to eat. My daughter had gotten a Ham and cheese and it was fine.
