Went to order lunch and no one wanted my order. I waited for someone at the drive through and saw a sign come back during normal hours. It’s normal hours and finally someone said hello but I had already begun to drive off. Want the business please be ready and have the right signs up. I won’t be back and I’m a regular because I work nearby. Shame.

I love going to Panera bread. I feel good about the food I’m eating. Panera bread makes it easy to make smart food choices with low calories. I do wish the prices were a bit more affordable so I can go more often.

I usually never had a problem with this location , however I had a problem with my order from ordering on the app .And when I went to discuss it with the manager the moment he came over to me he was extremely rude and very dismissive. The entire time of the conversation VERY RUDE and is not how you greet a customer. Will never to back there again .

The food and prices are fine however every single time I go the drive thru they mess up. Before I leave I review my order. Did I get chips, pickle etc. Every time yes yes. I get home and see disappointment. It shouldn’t be that difficult. I don’t open and examine the contents before as cars behind me. Hungry kid, etc.

Went on my lunch to get food and as I’m eating my soup I see a large piece of wood. I take it out to make sure and sure enough it’s a huge piece of wood! I have tried to call Panera over 5 times and no one picks up the phone from an associate or manager and it’s not during busy times. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I am even more mad that I can not reach anyone at the store

Ordered full Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. Got home and got 1/2 a sandwich (more like bread) but was charged for a full sandwich. For the side I asked for an apple which was missing too. Waste of money.

Very nice ambience. Counter service is helpful and courteous. Bathrooms are clean and neat, which is NOT the case in the Southbury Panera. This is the Panera to go to for sure!

Every time I come to this Panera, the staff are nice, welcoming & accomodating. Both at the register inside and in the drive through they exchange pleasantries with customers which is so refreshing in a world where nowadays customer service is dead & many places can’t bother with hello, thank you, have a nice day etc.
The food is correct temperature and fresh, the restaurant is clean and well stocked.
I’ve been getting sip club drinks for the past few months while under the promo price of about $3.50/mo but that’s going to end soon & I won’t renew for $12/mo – however I’ll still be back for the Value Duets which are a good deal. Also the Tuesdays Bagel Bakers Dozen for $8.99 was a good deal, the girl was nice & gave me a bunch of butter packets included in the price, my coworkers enjoyed.
