Bagel was.. okay, breakfast sandwich was sloppy and did not look like the pictures, it looked like 2 different restaurants made the same sandwich, but it was really pictures vs reality. However I loved the outdoor seating area, given that the inside is a tiny bit cramped. Food was prepared somewhat quickly.

Second time this month ordering via the internet and having food delivered. Second time order was wrong. Had multiple sandwiches 3 out of 10 were marked. Others had to open to discover. I ordered Green Goodess salad with light avocado and bacon. You couldn’t tell which one of the three it was on either order. No utensils. Poor, poor experience. Five for atmosphere because I didn’t go in.

This is really one the worst Panera spots in CT! They do NOT pay attention when preparing food or check it to make sure that it’s correct! They often leave out ingredients and the food just seems sloppily made! The managers and the crew need to do better! Just sad

This is the third time, in a row, that i I ordered Chicken Mediterranean Bowl. Zero chicken, almost no quinoa and almost no tomatoes. I won’t be back to this location. I hadn’t had a chance to eat since breakfast. It was 6:45pm when I placed this order. Not cool Panera, especially for 14.89.. And you were out of bread, as the side, again!

I can really relate to all the comments about difficulties in ordering soup. It’s been a good while since I was able to get the soup I ordered. I keep getting something else. Lately, when I want soup I go to the Newington location. It’s less convenient for me but, when I order the soup I like, I get it. I gave this two stars because when I order anything else, there is no problem with getting it and the food is good.

Panera bread is the type of place where you can come in and feel comfortable. The patrons are generally kind and one can often find many of them on computers or cell phones doing their work. The Wi-Fi is one of the biggest draws for me. Because it’s strong , reliable and it’s always on.

Excellent speed of service. Food very fresh. The manager Joey was very accommodating to my elderly parents. It was nice of him to help them with their drinks. My family loves this Panera. Restaurant is always clean and we can demand on this Panera for an excellent meal everytime.
