Food was good not outstanding but good. A 1/4 sandwich and cup of soup and a water times 2 for $35 dollars was ridiculous. It appeared clean and cashier was friendly. I’ve never been in there and was given a $25 gift card. I thought I’d treat a friend. I was shocked that my gift card did not cover the meals.

Ryan the manager was the only reason I returned. I had a bad experience before with my food and he provided great customer experience and he is the only reason I came back. I love paneras food and will continue to come back as lomg as he is running the show. He knows what he’s doing!

Staff are very friendly, food is fresh and service is fast! The atmosphere is cozier than other locations with many private booths to choose from.
I always make this location my go-to for a quick lunch. They always ensure to follow special requests and double check orders as well!

I have been coming to Panera for a while now more often now that I’m in the area and have had no good experiences, I’m huge on not picking at small things because I work in retail and understand people make mistakes. It’s been constant and super inconvenient and it is a problem that should be addressed especially when it comes to us spending money. There’s been times I’ve ordered coffee and it’s ALWAYS wrong left it alone and just eventually STOPPED buying coffee from Panera and just drive to dunkin for me and my co workers. SANDWICHES burnt or incorrect ingredients (haven’t found a way to report through the app) but most of all me the customer who’s coming to pick up orders constantly having to walk back and forth from the front desk to the pick up booth because of missing items in this case the workers SPECIFICALLY telling me to walk back and forth to get my order that should have been ready TWO simple items that required the BARE MINIMUM so not only did I waste my break time but had to do the work for these people I even filled my own cup. Hopefully the next time I visit if I do it’s made right I don’t want to stop using Panera just better customer service maybe better training!

They have lost my business. This was a place where I’d go to enjoy a quick bite every so often. I went tonight and I ordered my favorite thing which is a chicken frontega sandwich. The cashier says that they don’t have chicken so I said okay, I’ll take an apple Fuji salad (my second favorite there) and the cashier says that they don’t have romaine lettuce. I said “did you guys not get a food order or something?” (I worked at subway and know you need to have enough food always), and the cashier was rude and ignored me. I said well those are the only two things I like and tried to look at the menu but nothing caught my eye. I walked out but the cashier saw me.

I wasted a trip and very rude customer service. Avoid this Panera at all costs!

I ordered an asian salad with chicken and they straight up just gave me lettuce. Now I’m hungry and sad because salad without protein is not very calorific. Lettuce is just water in green trappings. In the past, they have also given me broccoli cheddar soup instead of french onion once, and then broccoli cheddar soup instead of rice soup another time. I think broccoli sucks, so I was hungry and sad those times too. I really don’t like this panera. I have begun checking the bag before leaving, but I didn’t spot the missing chicken until i began to search the salad at work. I guess next time I have to open the salad and examine it. I really should not come back here.

Paying $16.00+ for a sandwich to have rotten lettuce and rotten tomatoes is a disgrace. Is not a hot sandwich is a cold cranberry chicken sandwich, so no is not like that because of “heat” it is slimy and so is the tomato and it taste gross..I couldn’t finish it

No way to know pick up is in both the back and the front depending on the variety of things you purchase. I left the store thinking everything was in the bag from the back pickup area and it was not complete.
