Forget the completely inexperienced and slow cashier. Forget that feeding BREAKFAST to two adults, and two kids now costs sixty dollars. When you order a sandwich on a bagel, and the are two of that bagel left, but the kitchen tells you they’re out, TEN MINUTES LATER? AGAIN?? GIVE ME A FLIPPING BREAK! NO REFUND, BARELY AN “I’M SORRY” they just said, “sorry we’re out, what other kind of bread do you want it on?” AS IF IT WAS MY FAULT!!??!! F-YOU PANERA! Before you say I’m over reacting? This is not the first time they’ve done this. Not even close. This is just the straw that broke the camel’s back. Corporate needs to come in an clean house

It’s clean and the wait isn’t to bad .. a couple judgmental stares from a couple Karen’s ..but I get it when u dress like a hobo from cleaning and painting all day,with tattoos and colored hair they are bound to judge… Other than that overall a good place..

We ordered from you pick 2 menu.This was our first time in Panera bread. The lady on the counter told us that in you pick 2 case, we could order in 50 percent price each item so we ordered but both of them came in about 10 dollars separately. This was odd because she didn’t mention us that she had told us 50 percent payment. Then we researched and found that we could order half the regular size in pick two. I think people should know this if they’re working there or at least should tell they’re not sure.

No bouquets left by 5:30pm. The chicken soup was all broth, no chicken, no veggies. The broccoli soup was watery, not creamy as before. Very disappointed. Mac&cheese was good.

Very good food. Fast service. But i miss the squash soup. Hate that it is only seasonal like so many other favorites. A little pricey as it was almost $40 for 2 people with 2 Pick 2s, 1 drink and a cinnamon braid. It is a great healthy meal, you can choose how they make it as it is made to order and it is fast.

I’ve been coming to this Panera for close to 15 years. Sad to say it’s gone way downhill. There was hardly any customers, and a lot of workers, but I still had to wait 10 minutes to get waited on. They were out of mutliple items. I then waited almost 20 minutes for my order to be made. Not sure if they chose to just take online orders ahead of mine but this was crazy; I almost left. If that’s not enough, almost all the tables were covered in food crumbs and trash. Nasty. Disappointing. After no apology for the wait, the worker who handed me my soup asked me if I needed utensils for my food; ilI looked at her bewildered and said, “um, it’s soup.. I think I’ll need a spoon for that…”
