I passed by the new restaurant on the way back from an appointment and I’m sooo glad I stopped. I tried the Aripa de Fajita (similar to a Mexican Gordita). It was filled with tons of fajita meat, queso, and cilantro! The waffle was also AMAZING! So fluffy and hot!
