Typical Panera. (Nice food/slow service) The girl who took my order was very nice and helpful. There’s a ton of parking which is nice. Got 2 bagels and a coffee to go. For those dining in there is a cozy fireplace and plenty of seating. They have an electronic message board to let you know how your order is coming along.

When living in MA, we frequented Panera all the time. Recently, within the last week, we were in Dover, NH, and decided on the local Panera for lunch. Simply awful! Massive changes to the menu, high prices for inferior food. Now, that’s easy to say, but what about some proof? I am attaching an image showing the inside of my wife’s sandwich. Those “disks” are the allegedly the “cheese.” If she wanted Cheese Balls she would have asked for them. Also, another customer complained because the coffee he obtained from an urn was cold. I am not surprised.

Can’t believe I’m saying this, but I had the BEST Lobster Roll I’ve had in at least 5 years!! When I get back, I’m going straight to Panera for another one! HUGE chunks of lobster (not all chopped up in pieces like some places), not a ton of mayo (like some places), stuffed over the top of the roll (not like other places). Worth the money! (it didn’t cost any more than most other places).

Ive always had such warm and friendly service here. I feel bad that they have to put up with all the Karens that come through here. There are only 1-2 tables with outlet access though where you could get work done

Ordered half a turkey and bacon bravo I think it was called. The price, $8.99 when the menu said $6.79. They offered to adjust the price increase to the price listed, really, you need to ask me if I want the lower price?? They shouldn’t had to have asked me and automatically charged me the price on the menu!
