They forgot the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger, overcooked the mozzarella sticks to the point there was no cheese left in them, undercooked fries (which are on a timer…) the customer service app doesn’t do anything for you. Save your money because everything will suck and be wrong.

Went to pick up a order and all the employees are outside smoke weed in front of there place of business. Go in side standing there for almost 30 min for someone to help ne the whole store smells like weed and very dirty like they haven’t cleaned in months.

It took over 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, and 1 order of fries. It was 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon. There was 3 people working and 1 outside on a smoke break. One in the kitchen, one working a very backed up drive thru and one at the counter.

If you are in a bind and forced to eat fast food, BK is consistent. Whenever I have ordered, their food has been exactly what I expected; as fresh as fast food can be. Compared to the other fast food chains locally, it’s the most reliable option.

Drove here at 9:30 tonight and waited in the drive through till 9:45pm. They spoke to us threw the speaker and said they’d be right with us. at 10pm, After waiting 15 minutes at the speaker for them to come back they just shut off there lights and screens on us and never took our order… Very rude and unprofessional. Especially because online they say they are open till 2am.
