I sat by the fireplace. It was great. Everybody was really cool. Everybody made me feel right at home. The sippy club is well worth it. It was very clean. I use the bathroom after traveling so long and let me tell you. It was a great bathroom stop coffee was good. Nobody bothered me. No homeless people outside. Nobody ever said a word to me. I got to sit there and chill on my own. It was great.

Absolutely typical Keene snobbery here. I drove around in the parking lot making several loops and the entire parking lot was full. So I went to the drive-up window to pick up an Uber eats order and nobody was at the drive up window. The staff here refused to hand a bag out the window for the Uber eats order so I was forced to cancel the Uber eats delivery due to unreasonable since I had another order already in the vehicle on delivery when this order came in. I would agree that this place is a great place for a bite to eat, but people like that don’t deserve to have five star reviews when that’s how they act. Very unprofessional. So stoic and hard-nosed, absolute idiocracy.

Friendly staff and a nice place to eat lunch, and the restrooms and dining are is usually well maintained and clean.
I appreciate Panera, because it’s one of the few “fast food” options I can get wherever I am, that won’t kill my guts. And it’s not just boring salads either, there’s lots of great options that are all equally tasty.

I can’t say enough good things about Panera Bread in Keene, NH! It’s become a cornerstone of my daily routine, and I’m so grateful for the Sip Club—unlimited coffee and tea keep me fueled without breaking the bank. The staff is always friendly, the food is fresh and delicious (love the bagels, salads & broccoli cheddar soup!), and the cozy vibe makes it the perfect spot to start my day or take a break. Thanks, Panera, for consistently being a highlight in my life here in Keene!

Normally I love Panera but this just felt so lazy I paid $9 for this half sandwich and there was so little it almost didn’t cover all the bread once spread out. Not worth going back to fix since I drove all the way from 3 towns over to pick up.

Ridiculous price for a tiny salad and a sparkling water… $24 to take half the toppings off and add some lettuce and onion. Chicken was good though… Salty, but good. Service was on the surly-side. I’m not going back and hope they were just having a bad day.

No frills or flavor !
Service was friendly and very helpful.
Tables were in need of cleaning and sandwich and soup had no flavor. !

The food was mediocre on the border of not good. The service was ok, but I always feel like being there is an inconvenience to the staff. It’s got a pretty decent atmosphere, but I looked around and most of the people didn’t have food, just hanging out for a workspace. What I got was way overpriced and it’s hard to walk out of there without feeling like you didn’t just get ripped off. It used to be good, I think this company is on its way out. The menu is pretty sparse, I opened google to see if there was anything else, but that’s really it for options.

This was a $7 bacon breakfast sandwich. Half a slice a bacon is pretty pathetic. Contacted support and they said “sorry. Not going. To do anything but hope you come back” definitely will never be back. We ordered 4 sandwiches and all were messed up in some way. My mothers a vegetarian and there was a piece of the skimpy bacon on her veggie breakfast sandwich.
